Claims (12)
- 용융액을 얻기 위하여, 12 g/10min 이하의 용융지수(Melt Index: MI)를 갖는 제1 폴리프로필렌 칩 100 중량부와 15 g/10min 이상의 용융지수를 갖는 제2 폴리프로필렌 칩 2 내지 25 중량부를 포함하는 혼합물을 용융시키는 단계;
상기 용융액을 다수의 홀들을 갖는 구금을 통해 압출하는 단계;
상기 용융액이 상기 구금의 홀들로부터 토출될 때 형성되는 다수의 필라멘트들을 냉각시키는 단계;
상기 냉각된 필라멘트들로 구성된 멀티필라멘트를 다단연신부를 이용하여 연신하는 단계; 및
상기 연신된 멀티필라멘트를 권취하는 단계를 포함하는,
폴리프로필렌 원사의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
내열제가 상기 혼합물과 함께 용융되는,
폴리프로필렌 원사의 제조방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 폴리프로필렌 칩 100 중량부를 기준으로, 3 내지 10 중량부의 상기 내열제가 상기 혼합물과 함께 용융되는,
폴리프로필렌 원사의 제조방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 내열제는 페놀계 내열제 및 인계 내열제 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는,
폴리프로필렌 원사의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연신 단계와 동시에 상기 멀티필라멘트를 열처리하는 단계를 더 포함하는,
폴리프로필렌 원사의 제조방법. - 6.5 g/d 이상의 강도 및 4% 이하의 건열수축율을 갖는 폴리프로필렌 원사를 경사 및 위사로 포함하는 직물; 및
상기 직물 상의 열가소성 폴리올레핀 층을 포함하는,
폴리올레핀 기반의 복합재. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 폴리올레핀 층은 폴리프로필렌을 포함하는,
폴리올레핀 기반의 복합재. - 6.5 g/d 이상의 강도 및 4% 이하의 건열수축율을 갖는 폴리프로필렌 원사를 제조하는 단계;
폴리프로필렌 원사를 이용하여 직물을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 직물 상에 열가소성 폴리올레핀 층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는,
폴리올레핀 기반의 복합재 제조방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 폴리올레핀 층을 형성하기 전에, 상기 직물의 표면을 개질하는 단계를 더 포함하는,
폴리올레핀 기반의 복합재 제조방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 직물의 표면 개질은 실란 화합물 처리, 플라즈마 처리, 및 코로나 처리 중 적어도 하나를 이용하여 수행되는,
폴리올레핀 기반의 복합재 제조방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 폴리올레핀 층 형성 단계는, 상기 폴리프로필렌 원사의 융점보다 낮은 온도에서 수행되는,
폴리올레핀 기반의 복합재 제조방법. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 폴리올레핀 층 형성 단계는 160℃ 미만에서 수행되는,
폴리올레핀 기반의 복합재 제조방법.
