Claims (22)
- 운송 컨테이너를 관리하기 위한 시스템으로서, 보관-회수 시스템 및 적어도 하나의 프로세서를 포함하고,
상기 보관-회수 시스템은,
서로 인접하는 복수의 적층체를 형성하는 프레임워크 - 각 적층체는 복수의 적층가능 컨테이너를 수용할 수 있고, 각 적층가능 컨테이너는 운송 컨테이너를 포함하기에 적합함 -;
상기 프레임워크의 위 또는 아래에 배치되어, 프레임워크 내에 수용되어 있는 적층가능 컨테이너에 접근할 수 있게 해주는 트랙; 및
상기 트랙의 방향을 따라 이동할 수 있고 분류 및/또는 발송을 위해 상기 프레임워크로부터 선택된 적층가능 컨테이너를 회수하도록 구성되어 있는 복수의 로봇형 픽커(picker)/로드(load) 취급기를 포함하고,
상기 프로세서는,
상기 시스템에 들어가는 복수의 운송 컨테이너 각각에 대한 목적지 주소 정보를 받거나 이 정보에 접근하고,
상기 운송 컨테이너에 근거하여 발송을 위한 복수의 운송 컨테이너의 서브세트를 선택하며, 그리고
발송을 위한 선택된 운송 컨테이너를 회수하라고 상기 복수의 로봇형 픽커 중의 적어도 하나에 지시하기 위한 신호를 발생시키도록 구성되어 있고,
상기 운송 컨테이너의 선택은, 선택된 운송 컨테이너의 우선도; 선택된 운송 컨테이너가 발송되는 운송 차량의 용량; 및 복수의 선택된 운송 컨테이너의 목적지 주소 중의 적어도 하나에 근거하는, 운송 컨테이너를 관리하기 위한 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 로봇형 픽커는, 발송을 위한 회수된 적층가능 컨테이너를 상기 보관-회수 시스템에 있는 복수의 전달점 중의 적어도 하나를 통해 운반하도록 구성되어 있는, 운송 컨테이너를 관리하기 위한 시스템. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 로봇형 픽커 또는 복수의 제 2 로봇형 픽커는, 상기 보관-회수 시스템에 있는 복수의 전달점 중의 적어도 하나를 통해 운송 컨테이너를 보관-회수 시스템에 인도하도록 구성되어 있는, 운송 컨테이너를 관리하기 위한 시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 운송 컨테이너의 선택은 운송 컨테이너 중 적어도 하나의 중량 및 적어도 하나의 치수 중의 적어도 하나에 근거하는, 운송 컨테이너를 관리하기 위한 시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 프로세서는, 운송 컨테이너의 목적지 주소에 근거하여 운송 차량과 관련된 배송 기간을 실질적으로 채우도록 운송 차량에서의 발송을 위한 운송 컨테이너를 선택하도록 구성되어 있는, 운송 컨테이너를 관리하기 위한 시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 프로세서는, 더 높은 우선도의 운송 컨테이너가 존재하는 경우 더 낮은 우선도의 운송 컨테이너를 선택하지 않고 발송을 위한 운송 컨테이너를 선택하도록 구성되어 있는, 운송 컨테이너를 관리하기 위한 시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 프로세서는, 운송 차량의 용량이 더 낮은 우선도를 갖는 적어도 하나의 운송 컨테이너를 수용할 수 있는 경우 더 높은 우선도의 운송 컨테이너와 함께 더 낮은 우선도를 갖는 적어도 하나의 운송 컨테이너를 선택하도록 구성되어 있는, 운송 컨테이너를 관리하기 위한 시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 프로세서는, 동일한 운송 차량을 이용한 발송을 위한 선택된 운송 컨테이너를 동시에 회수하라고 상기 복수의 로봇형 픽커 중의 적어도 2개에 지시하기 위한 신호를 발생시키도록 구성되어 있는, 운송 컨테이너를 관리하기 위한 시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 프로세서는, 상이한 운송 차량을 이용한 발송을 위한 선택된 운송 컨테이너를 동시에 회수하라고 상기 복수의 로봇형 픽커 중의 적어도 2개에 지시하기 위한 신호를 발생시키도록 구성되어 있는, 운송 컨테이너를 관리하기 위한 시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 프로세서는 특정 순서로 발송되는 운송 컨테이너를 선택하도록 구성되어 있는, 운송 컨테이너를 관리하기 위한 시스템. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 순서는 운송 차량의 채워지지 않은 용량을 감소시키도록 또는 선택된 운송 컨테이너를 운송 차량에 적재하거나 운송 차량에서 내리는 것을 용이하게 하도록 선택되는, 운송 컨테이너를 관리하기 위한 시스템. - 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 순서는 적어도 부분적으로 운송 컨테이너의 배송 순서에 근거하여 선택되는, 운송 컨테이너를 관리하기 위한 시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
하나의 운송 컨테이너가 단일의 적층가능 컨테이너에 보관되는, 운송 컨테이너를 관리하기 위한 시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 프로세서는 운송 컨테이너의 관리를 위한 제 2 시스템에 발송되는 운송 컨테이너를 선택하도록 구성되어 있는, 운송 컨테이너를 관리하기 위한 시스템. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 프로세서는, 상기 제 2 시스템에서의 분류가 감소된 상태에서 또는 추가적인 분류가 없이 운송 컨테이너가 제 2 시스템으로부터 발송될 수 있도록 제 2 시스템에 순서 대로 또는 그룹을 지어 발송되는 운송 컨테이너를 선택하도록 구성되어 있는, 운송 컨테이너를 관리하기 위한 시스템. - 제 14 항 또는 제 15 항에 있어서,
상기 시스템은, 관련된 지역 내의 목적지 주소를 갖는 운송 컨테이너를 배송하고 또한 관련된 지역 외부의 목적지 주소를 갖는 운송 컨테이너를 상기 제 2 시스템에 보내도록 구성되어 있는 지역 시스템인, 운송 컨테이너를 관리하기 위한 시스템. - 제 16 항에 있어서,
