Description
Den gjeldende oppfinnelse angår et fjernstyrt kjøretøy for å plukke opp lagringsbeholdere fra et lagringssystem som definert i den innledende del av krav 1.
Oppfinnelsen angår også et lagringssystem som benytter det oppfinneriske kjøretøyet.
Et fjernstyrt kjøretøy for å plukke opp lagringsbeholdere fra et lagringssystem er kjent. En detaljert beskrivelse av et relevant lagringssystem av kjent teknikk er gitt i WO 98/49075. Detaljer rundt et kjøretøy av kjent teknikk som er egnet for et slikt lagringssystem er videre begrenset i norsk patent N0317366. Især omfatter lagringssystemet av kjent teknikk et tredimensjonalt lagringsgitter som inneholder lagringsbeholdere som er stablet oppå hverandre til en viss høyde. Et antall fjernstyrte kjøretøy eller roboter er anordnet på topp-skinner. Hvert kjøretøy er utstyrt med en heis for å hente opp, transportere og plassere beholdere som er lagret på lagringsgitteret.
Et slikt lagringssystem av kjent teknikk, samt robot, er illustrert på figurene 1 og 2. Lagringssystemet 3 omfatter et kjøretøy eller robot 1 som er anordnet for å bevege seg på tilegnede støtteskinner 13 og å motta en lagringsbeholder 2 fra en lagringskolonne 8 inne i et lagringsgitter 15 for beholdere. Lagringssystemet 3 inkluderer flere slike roboter 1 og en tilegnet heiseinnretning 50 for beholdere, der sistnevnte er anordnet for å motta en lagringsbeholder 2 fra roboten 1 ved topp-nivået til beholder-lagringsgitteret 15 og å styre lagringsbeholderen 2 ned i vertikal retning til en mottaksstasjon eller port 60.
Imidlertid er roboten av kjent teknikk vist på fig. 1 og fig. 2 belemret med flere viktige ulemper under drift. For det første forhindrer den spesifikke utformingen av roboten tilgang til all tilgjengelige lagringskolonner i lagringssystemet. Videre kan denne spesifikke utformingen forårsake et uønsket høyt dreiemoment under Lafting og transport av lagringsbeholdere, for derved å skape potensielle problemer med ustabilitet, så vel som en klar begrensning av robotens maksimalt håndterbare vekt. En ytterligere ulempe som skapes av utformingen til roboten av kjent teknikk er det faktum at kun én spesifikk beholder og én spesifikk beholderhøyde kan aksepteres for hver type robot for å sikre tilstrekkelig stabilitet. Til slutt nødvendiggjør et integrert åk / overheng i den øvre del av delen som mottar lagringsbeholderen en uønsket hastighetsreduksj on i siste stadium av løfteprosessen som utføres av løfteinnretningen hengende på åket.
Av andre publikasjoner av kjent teknikk kan det nevnes DE 102009017241 Al som beskriver en fjernstyrt motorisert vogn anordnet for å bevege seg på et lagersystem og ta i mot lagringsenheter og transportere dem i lagersystemet. Vognen har et sentralt hulrom for mottak av lagringsenheter og en heiseinnretning.
Formålet med den gjeldende oppfinnelse er å løse, eller i det minste betraktelig lette, de ovenfor beskrevne ulemper, dvs. å tilveiebringe et kjøretøy med høyere stabilitetsegenskaper, høyere maksimal håndteringsvekt, en mer effektiv bruk av tilgjengelig rom under drift og en mindre tidsforbrukende løfte- og transporteringsprosess av lagringsbeholdere.
De ovenfor nevnte formål oppnås ved et fjernstyrt kjøretøy som definert i krav 1 og et lagringssystem som definert i krav 11. Videre fordelaktige særtrekk er definert i de avhengige krav.
Især angår den gjeldende oppfinnelse et fjernstyrt kjøretøy eller robot for å plukke opp lagringsbeholdere fra et lagringssystem. Det oppfinneriske kjøretøyet eller robot omfatter et kjøretøylegeme, der kjøretøylegemet videre omfatter en første del for lagring av kjøretøydrivinnretning og en andre del for mottak av enhver lagringsbeholder lagret i en lagringskolonne inne i lagringssystemet, en kjøretøyløfteinnretning som er i det minste indirekte koplet til kjøretøylegemet for å løfte lagringsbeholderen inn i den andre del, et første sett av kjøretøyrulleinnretning koplet til kjøretøylegemet for å tillate bevegelse av kjøretøyet langs en første retning (X) inne i lagringssystemet under bruk og et andre sett av kjøretøyrulleinnretning koplet til kjøretøylegemet for å tillate bevegelse av kjøretøyet langs en andre retning (Y) i lagringssystemet under bruk. Den andre retning (Y) er orientert vinkelrett på den første retning (X).
Det oppfinneriske kjøretøyet erkarakterisert vedat den andre del omfatter en kavitet anordnet sentralt inne i kjøretøylegemet. Denne kaviteten har minst én beholdermottakende åpning som vender mot de underliggende lagringskolonnene under bruk. I tillegg er minst ett av de to sett av kjøretøyrulleinnretninger anordnet helt inne i kjøretøylegemet.
For å tillate enkel inntreden for lagringsbeholderen inn i den sentrale kaviteten bør kavitetens volum være større enn den største lagringsbeholderen som er ment for å bli plukket opp fra lagringssystemet. På samme vis bør tverrsnittsarealet av minst én av den minst én beholdermottakende åpning være større enn tverrsnittsarealet av lagringsbeholderveggene orientert parallelt med kavitetsåpningen(e).
Kjøretøyet kan videre omfatte innretning for reverserbart og selektivt forskyve enten det første settet av kjøretøyrulleinnretning eller det andre settet av kjøretøyrulleinnretning vekk fra en underliggende kjøretøystøtte inne i lagringssystemet under en endring av kjøretøyretningen mellom den første retningen (X) og den andre retningen (Y).
I én utførelse kan videre den første delen arrangeres relativt til den andre delen slik at tverrsnittet til kjøretøyet beliggende parallelt til den underliggende kjøretøystøtten avviker fra en kvadratisk form.
I en foretrukket utførelse dekker kjøretøylegemet et område som er mindre eller lik det laterale tverrsnittsarealet til mer enn én sentral lagringskolonne i den andre retningen (Y) under bruk. I et mer spesifikt eksempel strekker kjøretøylegemet seg utover det laterale tverrsnittsarealet av den sentrale lagringskolonnen på begge sider i den andre retningen (Y), dvs. som dekker også noe av tverrsnittsarealene til de tilgrensende lagringskolonner som strekker seg i den andre retningen (Y). Graden av utstrekning fra den sentrale lagringskolonnen er fortrinnsvis lik på begge av disse sidene. Sentral lagringskolonne er definert som den lagringskolonnen som er beliggende umiddelbart under en robot når sistnevnte har nådd en posisjon som tillater opphenting av en lagringsbeholder.
For blant annet å tillate høy kjøretøystabilitet er begge sett av kjøretøyrulleinnretning fortrinnsvis anordnet symmetrisk rundt kaviteten, for eksempel nær de nedre hjørner av roboten. Minst én, og mest foretrukket begge, sett av kjøretøyrulleinnretninger kan omfatte minst fire hjul. Andre utførelser slik som bruk av to vinkelrette larvefotbånd kan tenkes bruk. Videre har begge sett en ytre utforming som tilsvarer en korresponderende ytre utforming på støtteskinner som utgjør kjøretøystøtten, for slik å gi økt lateral stabilitet når de koples sammen. Slike støtteskinner kan anordnes i en to-dimensjonal matrise på toppen av en beholderlagringsstruktur eller gitter, der de to hovedretninger av både matrisen og gitteret er kongruente med kjøretøyets første retning (X) og kjøretøyets andre retning (Y).
Kjøretøyet kan med fordel også inkludere posisjonsfølerinnretning for å tillate måling av kjøretøyposisjonen inne i lagringssystemet under bruk. Denne posisjonsfølerinnretningen kan omfatte flere posisjonsfølere anordnet i minst noen av posisjonene på kjøretøylegemet som vil traversere beliggenhetene til kjøretøystøtten der støtteskinnene krysser, for eksempel under kjøretøyet nær dets nedre hjørner.
Den gjeldende oppfinnelse angår også et lagringssystem som omfatter et fjernstyrt kjøretøy i henhold til de ovenfor beskrevne særtrekk, en kjøretøystøtte omfattende flere støtteskinner som danner en to-dimensjonal matrise av styremasker, idet kjøretøystøtten er konfigurert til å styre bevegelsene til kjøretøyet i den første retningen (X) og den andre retningen (Y) under bruk, en beholderlagringsstruktur eller gitter som understøtter kjøretøystøtten omfattende flere lagringskolonner, idet hver av lagringskolonnene er anordnet for å ta inn en vertikal stabel av lagringsbeholdere og idet hoveddelen av beholderlagringsstrukturen sammenfaller med posisjoner på kjøretøystøtten der støtteskinnene krysser, og en beholderløfteinnretning anordnet for å transportere en kjøretøylevert lagringsbeholder i en retning vinkelrett på det laterale plan til kjøretøystøtten mellom kjøretøystøtten og en mottaksstasjon.
I en foretrukket utførelse danner minst noen av støtteskinnene anordnet ved de ytre laterale grenseområdene til kjøretøystøtten ytre styringsmasker som har redusert midlere tverrsnittsarealer sammenlignet med det midlere tverrsnittsareal av de resterende styremaskene i kjøretøystøtten. For eksempel kan de midlere reduserte tverrsnittsarealer ved de ytre styringsmaskene være rundt halvparten av det midlere tverrsnittsareal av de resterende styringsmasker i kjøretøystøtten. I en særlig foretrukket utførelse er disse tverrsnittsarealer av de ytre styringsmasker redusert kun langs den andre retning (Y) av kjøretøystøtten.
Det sentrale arrangementet til kaviteten i kjøretøylegemet relativt til den andre retningen (Y) fjerner effektivt det uønskede dreiemomentet, og dermed forbedrer stabiliteten til roboten eller kjøretøyet. Dette arrangementet resulterer også i en løfte- og transporteringsprosess som har en vektfordeling med en høy grad av symmetri. Videre tillater den nye utformingen å benytte samme robot for løfting og transportering av lagringsbeholdere med høyder som er vesentlig mindre enn kavitetshøyden (dvs. høyden som strekker seg fra opphengningspunktene til løfteinnretningen og til den nedre kant av roboten) siden rammeverket / legemet som omgir i det minste en del av den beholdermottakende kaviteten effektivt hindrer enhver uønsket rulling / vingling. Tilstedeværelsen av det kavitetsomgivende legemet tillater også opprettholdelse av full eller nær full løftehastighet nesten hele veien til dens endeposisjon innenfor kaviteten, så vel som start av stabil beholdertransport mot mottaksstasjonen forut for en fullstendig gjennomført beholderløfting fra en lagringskolonne. Det beskyttende legemet rundt kaviteten gir også muligheten for å starte en nedsenkningshandling av løfteinnretningen forut for tidspunktet når roboten har kommet til en endelig stopp over den aktuelle lagringskolonnen. Det oppnås således en betydelig høyere stabilitet og effektiv bruk av tid.
Ved å anordne minst ett sett av kjøretøyrulleinnretningene helt innenfor kjøretøyet eller robotlegemet oppnås ytterligere stabilitet under løfteprosessen siden rulleinnretningene er beliggende nærmere lagringsbeholderen som skal løftes. Av samme grunn reduserer dette arrangementet den totale lasten på løfteinnretningen. Videre er arrangementet mer plasseffektiv relativt til roboten av kjent teknikk illustrert på figur 2 siden rulleinnretningene ikke gir noe ytterligere utstrekning i minst én av de to robotbevegende retninger (X og Y). Produksjon av mindre roboter er da også mulig.
Disse og andre karakteristikker av oppfinnelsen vil være klart fra den følgende beskrivelse av en fordelaktig utførelsesform, gitt som et ikke-begrensende eksempel med henvisning til de vedlagte tegninger, der: Fig. 1 er et perspektivriss av et lagringssystem i henhold til kjent teknikk; Fig. 2 er et utsnitt av en robot eller kjøretøy i henhold til kjent teknikk som danner en del av et lagringssystem som illustrert på fig. 1; Fig. 3 er et perspektivriss sett nedenfra av et fjernstyrt kjøretøy i henhold til den gjeldende oppfinnelse; Fig. 4 er et perspektivriss sett ovenfra av et fjernstyrt kjøretøy i henhold til den gjeldende oppfinnelsen; Fig. 5 er et perspektivriss sett ovenfra av en sammenstilling som omfatter et fjernstyrt kjøretøy i henhold til den gjeldende oppfinnelsen, en lagringsbeholder og et heldekkende deksel; Fig. 6 er et perspektivriss sett ovenfra av et beholderlagringsgitter og en kjøretøystøtte i henhold til den gjeldende oppfinnelsen; Fig. 7 er et perspektivriss sett fra siden av et beholderlagringsgitter og en kjøretøystøtte i henhold til den gjeldende oppfinnelsen; Fig. 8 er et perspektivriss sett fra siden av en del av et lagringssystem i henhold til den gjeldende oppfinnelsen som inkluderer et beholderlagirngsgitter, en kjøretøystøtte og en robot; og Fig. 9 er et skjematisk grunnriss av en robot som beveger seg på en to-dimensjonal matrise av støtteskinner.
I den følgende beskrivelse er mange spesifikke detaljer introdusert for å gi en grundig forståelse av utførelsesformer av det krevne apparatet. En fagmann i det relevante feltet vil imidlertid forstå at disse utførelsesformer kan praktiseres uten én eller flere av de spesifikke detaljene, eller med andre komponenter, systemer, etc. I andre tilfeller er velkjente strukturer eller betjeninger ikke vist, eller ikke beskrevet i detalj, for å unngå at aspekt med de beskrevne utførelsesformer utydeliggjøres. Fig. 1 er et skjematisk, delvis kuttet perspektivriss av et lagringssystem i henhold til kjent teknikk, og fig. 2 er et utsnitt av en korresponderende robot av kjent teknikk. Begge figurer har allerede blitt beskrevet tidligere i teksten. Fig. 3 og 4 gir et perspektivriss i to ulike vinkler av den oppfinneriske roboten 1 omfattende et rektangulært kjøretøylegeme eller rammeverk 4 med en kavitet 7 sentralt anordnet inne i legemet 4, et toppdeksel 72 som dekker overdelen av legemet 4, et første sett av fire hjul 10 som er montert i parallell med de ytre veggene av legemet 4 og et andre sett av fire hjul 11 som er montert på innsiden av kaviteten 7, parallelt med de indre veggene av legemet 4. De første og andre sett av hjul 10,11 er orientert vinkelrette på hverandre. For klarhetens skyld er et Kartesisk koordinatsystem vist på dets X, Y og Z-akser linjert opp langs hovedretningene til det rektangulære kjøretøylegeme 4. Størrelsen på kaviteten 7 er tilpasset å inneholde nødvendige komponenter for en løfteinnretning 9 og i det minste fullstendig inneholde den største lagringsbeholderen 2 som er ment å bli plukket opp av roboten 1. Fig. 5 gir et perspektivriss av en robotsammenstilling hvor legemet 4 er fullstendig dekket av et dekkende deksel 73 omfattende håndtak 74 og transmisjonsinnretning / alternativt kontrollpanel 75. Utformingen av det dekkende dekselet 73 er tilpasset den særskilte formen gitt av legemet 4 og de utstikkende hjulene 10. Fig. 5 viser også en liten del av en lagringsbeholder 2 anordnet helt inne i kaviteten 7, samt en liten del av løfteinnretningen 9. Sistnevnte er fortrinnsvis sammensatt av blant annet fire vertikale, bevegbare metall-bånd som er opphengt i sine øvre ender i siden til topp-dekselet 72 som ligger i kaviteten og styrestaver ved sine nedre ender som er kapabel til å bli styrt og festet i tilegnede kaviteter / områder i lagringsbeholderen 2 som skal hentes opp.
Det strukturelle prinsippet for en gittersammensetning omfattende en beholderlagirngsstruktur eller gitter 15, integrerte støtteskinner 13 som utgjør kjøretøystøtten 14 og en gitterstøttende sokkel 76 er vist på fig. 6 og 7. Gitteret 15 omfatter flere pilarer som er anordnet med interne avstander som er tilegnet for å romme lagringsbeholdere 2 som skal lagres i stabler inne i gitteret 15. De rektangulære arrangementene med fire tilgrensende pilarer utgjør dermed en lagringskolonne 8. Både pilarene og skinnene 13 kan fremstilles av aluminium. Som for fig. 3 og 4 er et kartesisk koordinatsystem vist linjert opp langs med hovedretningene til gittersammenstillingen for å lette forståelsen. Støtteskinnene 13 danner en to-dimensjonal matrise av rektangulære masker, og tverrsnittsarealet av de fleste av disse maskene sammenfaller med tverrsnittsarealet av hver lagringskolonne 8 som settes opp av det underliggende gitteret 15. Maskene ved grenseområdet 17,18 til kjøretøystøtten 14 (på begge sider i retning Y) er illustrert med tverrsnittsarealer som er mindre enn de resterende maskene. Størrelsen på grensemaskene 17,18 bør fortrinnsvis være tilpasset slik at de strekker seg utover den sentrale lagringskolonnen 8a beliggende umiddelbart under kaviteten 7 til roboten 1 når sistnevnte er i en posisjon for å starte opphenting av en lagringsbeholder 2 plassert i den sentrale lagringskolonnen 8A. På denne måten kan roboten 1 nå alle lagringskolonnene 8 i lagringssystemet 3, dvs. uavhengig av robot-orienteringen i Y-retningen. For eksempel, dersom roboten 1 strekker seg nøyaktig over tverrsnittsarealet av én sentral lagringskolonne 8A i X-retningen og over Vz av tverrsnittsarealene til de tilgrensende lagringskolonnene 8b i Y-retningen bør tverrsnittsarealet av maskene 17,18 ved grenseområdet i Y-retningen være omtrent Vi av tverrsnittsarealet til de resterende maskene. Primærfunksjonen til disse grensemaskene 17,18 er derfor å tillate tilstrekkelig rom for roboten 1 med den nye utformingen.
Fig. 8 viser roboten 1 i en løfteposisjon over en sentral lagringskolonne 8a tilgrensende grenseområdet 17,18 av gittersammensetningen. Kjøretøy-løfteinnretningen 9 er i denne utførelsen senket en avstand inn i den sentrale lagringskolonnen 8a for å hekte på og løfte opp den underliggende lagringsbeholderen 2. Som vist i eksempelsituasjonen på fig. 8 kan roboten 1, inkludert legemet 4 som strekker seg i Y-retningen relativt til X-retningen, kjøres hele veien til kanten av gitteret 15 når grenseområdet er utformet med ytterligere grensemasker 17,18 som har en bredde i Y-retning omtrent Vi av bredden i Y-retning av de resterende masker i gitteret 15.
For bedre å illustrere bevegelsen til roboten 1 på støtteskinnene 13 som utgjør kjøretøystøtten 14 er det på fig. 9 illustrert eksempelposisjoner til roboter 1 på en gittersammenstilling. De tykke pilene tegnet i senter av robotene 1 indikerer tillate bevegelsesretninger. Når roboten 1 er beliggende med sin kavitet 7 nøyaktig over en sentral lagringskolonne 8a, som tilfellet er for øvre, venstre og midtre, sentrerte robot 1, tillater arrangementet av støtteskinner 13 bevegelse i både X- og Y-retninger. Enhver annen posisjon på gittersammenstillingen begrenser robotens 1 bevegelse på kjøretøystøtten 14, enten i X-retning (nedre, høyre robot 1) eller i Y-retning (øvre, midtre og nedre, venstre robot 1).
For å tillate bestemmelse av robot-posisjonen anses det fordelaktig å utstyre hver robot 1 med én eller flere posisjonsfølere 16, for eksempel optiske sensorer. Slike følere 16 bør fortrinnsvis bli montert på ett eller flere områder på roboten 1 sikrer at følerne 16 har både uhindret utsyn til de underliggende støtteskinnene 13 og at de passerer direkte over, eller nær, posisjonene til kjøretøystøtten 14 der skinnene 13 krysser. Avlesningene fra følerne 16 kan blant annet diktere videre bevegelser til roboten 1 og/eller driften av kjøretøy-løfteinnretningen 9.
All drift av roboten 1 er styrt av trådløs kommunikasjonsmidler 75 og fjernstyrte enheter. Dette inkluderer styring av robotbevegelsene, kjøretøy-løfteinnretningen og posisj onsmålingene.
I den foregående beskrivelse har ulike aspekter med apparatet i henhold til oppfinnelsen blitt beskrevet med henvisning til illustrerte utførelsesformer. Spesifikke henvisningstall, systemer og konfigurasjoner ble fremsatt for å gi en utførlig forståelse av apparatet og dens virkemåte. Imidlertid er denne beskrivelsen ikke ment å bli tolket på begrensende måte. Ulike modifikasjoner og variasjoner av de illustrerte utførelsesformer, så vel som andre utførelsesformer av apparatet som vil være klart for fagmenn i feltet, og som det beskrevne emnet er rettet mot, må anses å ligge innenfor rammen av den gjeldende oppfinnelse.
