상기 Triton X -100은 살선충제 제조시 통상적으로 가장 많이 사용되는 유화제이다.Triton X-100 is the most commonly used emulsifier in the manufacture of nematicide.
비교예 1 조성물을 정제수에 1000X, 2000X, 4000X, 8000X, 10000X로 희석한 희석액에 소나무재선충을 접종하여 24시간 경과 후 소나무재선충의 치사율을 확인하였다. 도 4와 같이 Triton X - 100을 유화제로 사용한 비교예 1 조성물을 소나무재선충에 처리시 상기 조성물 1,000X와 2,000X 희석액 처리구에서 100%의 살선충 활성을 보였다. 그러나 상기 조성물 4,000X 희석액 처리구에서는 40% 이하의 매우 낮은 살선충활성을 보였다. 이는 상기 실험예 2의 살선충 활성과 비교해 볼때 비교예 1 조성물의 살선충 활성이 더 낮았다.
