Claims (6)
- 제1전극부, 제2전극부 및 분리막을 포함하는 전지부;
상기 제1전극부 및 제2전극부에 각각 용접되는 제1전극탭 및 제2전극탭; 및
상기 제1전극탭 및 제2전극탭이 외측으로 돌출되며 상기 제1전극부, 제2전극부 및 분리막을 내부에 포함하여 밀봉되는 파우치 형태로, 실링부재가 도포되는 밀봉부와, 상기 밀봉부의 일정영역이 다른 영역에 비해 접합되는 폭이 좁게 형성되는 벤트부를 포함하는 케이스;를 포함하는 배터리셀.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 벤트부는
상기 케이스의 내측으로부터 외측으로 접합되지 않도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리셀.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 배터리셀은
상기 케이스가 각각 상기 벤트부 형태에 대응되는 형상의 제1홈 및 제2홈이 형성된 한 쌍의 압착부에 의해 열융착되어 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리셀.
- 제 3항에 의한, 상기 배터리셀이 다수개 적층된 배터리 모듈.
- 제1전극부, 제2전극부 및 분리막을 포함하는 전지부를 제조하고, 상기 제1전극부 및 제2전극부에 각각 제 1전극탭 및 제2전극탭을 용접하는 제조단계;
상기 제1전극탭 및 제2전극탭이 외측으로 돌출되도록 상기 전지부를 케이스에 수용하는 수용단계; 및
상기 케이스에서 실링부재가 도포되는 밀봉부가 제1홈 및 제2홈이 형성된 한 쌍의 압착부에 의해 열융착되어 접합되는 밀봉단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리셀 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉단계는
상기 한 쌍의 압착부가 제1홈 및 제2홈이 서로마주보도록 상기 밀봉부의 상측 및 하측에 각각 배치되는 배치단계; 및
상기 한 쌍의 압착부와 상기 밀봉부가 맞닿는 부분을 열융착하여 상기 밀봉부의 일정영역이 다른 영역에 비해 접합되는 폭이 좁은 벤트부를 형성하는 열융착 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리셀 제조방법
