Claims (14)
- 上板および前記上板と重なる下板を含むバスバー、
前記上板と前記下板の間に位置する電極リード、および
前記上板と前記電極リードの間に配置されて前記上板と前記電極リードを電気的に連結する連結部
を含み、
前記下板には貫通口が形成され、
前記連結部は前記貫通口と対応する位置に配置され、
前記電極リードは、前記連結部を囲み、前記貫通口の内部に挿入されるバスバーモジュール。 - 上板および前記上板と重なる下板を含むバスバー、
前記上板と前記下板の間に位置する電極リード、および
前記上板と前記電極リードの間に配置されて前記上板と前記電極リードを電気的に連結する連結部
を含み、
前記下板には貫通口が形成され、
前記連結部は前記貫通口と対応する位置に配置され、
前記連結部は、温度が上昇すると体積が収縮する素材を含む、バスバーモジュール。 - 前記連結部は、温度上昇により体積が収縮する形状記憶合金を含む、請求項2に記載のバスバーモジュール。
- 前記連結部は、温度上昇により形態が変化する、請求項1に記載のバスバーモジュール。
- 上板および前記上板と重なる下板を含むバスバー、
前記上板と前記下板の間に位置する電極リード、および
前記上板と前記電極リードの間に配置されて前記上板と前記電極リードを電気的に連結する連結部
を含み、
前記下板には貫通口が形成され、
前記連結部は前記貫通口と対応する位置に配置され、
前記連結部は、温度上昇により形態が変化する形状記憶合金を含む、バスバーモジュール。 - 上板および前記上板と重なる下板を含むバスバー、
前記上板と前記下板の間に位置する電極リード、および
前記上板と前記電極リードの間に配置されて前記上板と前記電極リードを電気的に連結する連結部
を含み、
前記下板には貫通口が形成され、
前記連結部は前記貫通口と対応する位置に配置され、
前記連結部は前記上板から前記下板へ向かっており、
前記電極リードは前記貫通口の内部に突出する突出部を含む、バスバーモジュール。 - 上板および前記上板と重なる下板を含むバスバー、
前記上板と前記下板の間に位置する電極リード、および
前記上板と前記電極リードの間に配置されて前記上板と前記電極リードを電気的に連結する連結部
を含み、
前記下板には貫通口が形成され、
前記連結部は前記貫通口と対応する位置に配置され、
前記貫通口の内部で、前記電極リードは前記連結部および前記下板のそれぞれと密着している、バスバーモジュール。 - 前記連結部は前記貫通口と対応する形状を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバスバーモジュール。
- 上板および前記上板と重なる下板を含むバスバー、
前記上板と前記下板の間に位置する電極リード、および
前記上板と前記電極リードの間に配置されて前記上板と前記電極リードを電気的に連結する連結部
を含み、
前記下板には貫通口が形成され、
前記連結部は前記貫通口と対応する位置に配置され、
前記連結部および前記貫通口はそれぞれ二つ以上である、バスバーモジュール。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバスバーモジュールを含む電池モジュール。
- 突出した連結部が形成された上板と貫通口が形成された下板との間に電極リードを位置させる段階、および
前記電極リードを間に置いて前記上板と前記下板を締結する段階
を含み、
前記締結する段階で、前記連結部が前記電極リードと共に前記貫通口の内部に挿入されるバスバーモジュールの製造方法。 - 前記連結部は、温度上昇により形態が変化する、請求項11に記載のバスバーモジュールの製造方法。
- 前記連結部は、温度上昇により形態が変化する形状記憶合金を含む、請求項12に記載のバスバーモジュールの製造方法。
- 前記上板と前記下板の締結はクリンチング接合によって行われる、請求項11から13のいずれか一項に記載のバスバーモジュールの製造方法。
