Claims (7)
- 특히 운송수단에 수소를 재급유하기 위한, 기상 및/혹상 액체 매체를 전송하기 위한 고압 연결부로서, 매체 통로 및 시일링 피스톤을 가지고, 그의 전면 끝단은 링 시일에 대하여 단단하게 구비되며,
시일(4)은 시일 캐리어(4a)를 가지며, 그 안에 시일링 인서트(4b)가 삽입되며, 여기서 시일 캐리어(4a)는 더욱 단단한 플라스틱으로 이루어지고, 시일링 인서트(4b)는 더욱 부드러운 플라스틱으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 연결부. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 시일 캐리어(4a)는 PEEK로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 연결부. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 시일링 인서트(4b)는 PTFE로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 연결부. - 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 시일 캐리어(4a)는 스텝(4c)을 구비하는 단계적 환상 형상을 가지고, 시일링 인서트(4b)는 상기 스텝(4c) 상에 특히 돌려서 끼워져 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 연결부. - 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 시일링 인서트(4b)는 상기 시일 캐리어(4a)의 통로(d)보다 더 큰 내경(D)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 연결부. - 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 시일링 인서트(4b)는 내측 형상이 원뿔형이고, 상기 시일링 피스톤(3) 쪽으로 향할수록 넓어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 연결부. - 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 시일(4)은 두 개의 시일링 엣지(5,5')를 가지며, 특히 그 하나는 상기 시일링 인서트(4b) 상에 있고, 하나는 상기 시일 캐리어(4a) 상에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 연결부.
