도 3은 맞물림 개시로부터 맞물림 종료까지의 맞물림 위치에 있어서의 응력 및 맞물림 잇수의 관계를 나타내는 도면.
도 4는 제1 실시예의 고착부의 설정 논리를 나타내는 개략 설명도.
도 5는 치폭 방향의 응력 분포를 나타내는 개략도.

Claims (5)
- 기어의 측면에 보강 부재가 고착되는 기어 구조에 있어서,
상기 기어는, 상기 기어의 맞물림 작용선 상에 상기 보강 부재와 고착되는 고착부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 기어 구조. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기어의 각 치의 치저원보다도 직경 방향 이끝측의 이끝부에 설치되는 제1 고착부와,
상기 제1 고착부에 각각 대응하여 설치되어, 상기 대응하는 제1 고착부보다도 직경 방향 치저 방향측의 치원부에 설치되는 제2 고착부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 기어 구조. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기어는 헬리컬 기어이며,
상기 맞물림 작용선은 상기 기어의 동시 맞물림 잇수가 최대로 되는 영역 중 이끝측의 동시 맞물림 잇수가 최대로 되는 영역에 있어서의 맞물림 작용선인 것을 특징으로 하는, 기어 구조. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기어는 헬리컬 기어이며,
상기 보강 부재를, 피구동측의 상기 기어의 정회전 방향의 맞물림 개시측 측면에 고착하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 기어 구조. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기어는 헬리컬 기어이며,
상기 보강 부재를, 구동측의 상기 기어의 정회전 방향의 맞물림 종료측 측면에 고착하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 기어 구조.
