Claims (3)
- 연료극 역할을 하는 평관상의 지지체, 공기극, 전해질층, 및 인터커넥터(interconnector)를 포함하는 평관형 고체 산화물 연료전지 모듈에 있어서,상기 지지체의 표면 일부에는 상기 인터커넥터가 적층되고,상기 인터커넥터가 적층되지 아니한 상기 지지체의 표면 일부에는 상기 전해질층 및 공기극이 순차적으로 적층되어 이루어지며,상기 지지체 내부에는 연료가 공급되는 복수의 연료유로를 구비하고,상기 연료유로는 단면이 타원형으로 이루어지되, 상기 타원은 지지체의 두께 방향으로의 직경이, 지지체의 폭 방향으로의 직경보다 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 평관형 고체 산화물 연료전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 지지체는, 세라믹 분말 입자 표면에 Ni(OH)2가 침전되어 이루어진 코어-쉘 구조의 세라믹-NiO 복합분말로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 평관형 고체 산화물 연료전지 모듈.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 세라믹은, 이트리아 안정화 지르코니아(YSZ), 가도리니움이 도핑된 세 리아(GDC), 사마리움이 도포된 세리아(SDC), 스칸디움이 도핑된 지르코니아(ScZ) 및 란타늄-스트론듐-갈륨-마그네슘 산화물(LSGM) 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평관형 고체 산화물 연료전지 모듈.
