Abstract
이 유기 EL 소자는 기판상에 적층된 양극과 음극 사이에 발광층을 가지며, 상기 발광층이 A)발광 피크 파장이 600nm보다 장파장인 인광 발광성 도펀트와, B)호스트 재료를 포함하고, 상기 호스트 재료가 b1)N-치환 인돌로카르바졸 유도체, b2)알루미늄-8-하이드록시퀴놀린 착체의 유도체, 및 b3)비스인돌로카르바졸 유도체 중 어느 2종 이상의 유도체에서 선택되는 적어도 2종의 화합물을 함유한다.

Claims (5)
- 기판상에 적층된 양극과 음극 사이에 발광층을 가지는 유기 전계 발광 소자로서, 상기 발광층이 A)발광 피크 파장이 600nm보다 장파장인 인광 발광성 도펀트와, B)호스트 재료를 포함하고, 상기 호스트 재료가 b1)하기 일반식(1)로 표시되는 화합물, b2)하기 일반식(2)로 표시되는 화합물, 및 b3)하기 일반식(3)으로 표시되는 화합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 2종의 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
식 중, 환 A는 인접환과 축합하는 식(1a)로 표시되는 복소환을 나타내고, X는 독립적으로 CR 또는 N을 나타내는데, X 중 적어도 하나의 X는 N이다. Ar1은 독립적으로 치환 혹은 미치환의 탄소수 3∼24의 방향족 탄화수소기 또는 방향족 복소환기를 나타내고, R, R1은 독립적으로 수소, 알킬기, 아랄킬기, 알케닐기, 알키닐기, 시아노기, 디알킬아미노기, 디아릴아미노기, 디아랄킬아미노기, 아미노기, 니트로기, 아실기, 알콕시카르보닐기, 카르복실기, 알콕실기, 아릴옥시기, 알킬티오기, 알킬술포닐기, 할로알킬(haloalkyl)기, 수산기, 아미드기, 또는 치환 혹은 미치환의 탄소수 3∼24의 방향족 탄화수소기 혹은 방향족 복소환기를 나타낸다.
식 중, Ar2는 치환 혹은 미치환의 탄소수 6∼24의 방향족 탄화수소기를 나타내고, R2는 독립적으로 수소 또는 탄소수 1∼12의 알킬기를 나타낸다.
식 중, Ar3은 독립적으로 치환 혹은 미치환의 탄소수 3∼24의 방향족 탄화수소기 또는 방향족 복소환기를 나타내고, L은 치환 혹은 미치환의 탄소수 3∼24의 2가의 방향족 탄화수소기 또는 방향족 복소환기를 나타내며, R3은 독립적으로 수소, 알킬기, 아랄킬기, 알케닐기, 알키닐기, 시아노기, 디알킬아미노기, 디아릴아미노기, 디아랄킬아미노기, 아미노기, 니트로기, 아실기, 알콕시카르보닐기, 카르복실기, 알콕실기, 아릴옥시기, 알킬티오기, 알킬술포닐기, 할로알킬기, 수산기, 아미드기, 치환 혹은 미치환의 탄소수 3∼24의 방향족 탄화수소기 또는 방향족 복소환기를 나타낸다. - 제1항에 있어서,
호스트 재료가, b1)일반식(1)로 표시되는 화합물과, b2)일반식(2)로 표시되는 화합물 또는 b3)일반식(3)으로 표시되는 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제1항에 있어서,
호스트 재료가, b2)일반식(2)로 표시되는 화합물과, b3)일반식(3)으로 표시되는 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
