Claims (8)
- 배기가스 유해물질 저감장치용 버너(100)에 있어서,상기 버너(100)는 일측에 배기관(400)과 연결되어 배기가스가 유입되는 배기가스 유입부(111)와 화염형성을 위한 연료분사 노즐(113) 및 점화수단(114)을 포함하는 화염형성부(112)가 형성되고, 타측에 배기관(400)과 연결되어 배기가스가 배출되는 배출부(115)가 형성되는 연소실(100); 상기 연소실(100) 내부에 상기 배기가스 유입부(111)와 연통되는 관형태로 형성되어 배기가스가 유동되며, 외주면에 배기가스가 유출되는 제1중공부(121)가 복수개 형성되는 배기가스 유동관(120); 및 상기 연소실(100) 내부에 상기 화염형성부(112)와 연통되는 관형태로 형성되어 화염이 형성되며, 외주면에 화염이 유출되는 제2중공부(131)가 복수개 형성되는 화염보호관(130); 을 포함하여 형성되되,상기 배기가스 유동관(120) 및 화염보호관(130)은 나란하게 형성되며, 상기 제1중공부(121) 및 제2중공부(131)는 상기 연소실(100)의 길이방향으로 서로 다른 위치에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 유해물질 저감장치용 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 배기가스 유동관(120)의 제1중공부(121)는 상기 배기가스 유입부(111)에 인접하게 형성되고, 상기 화염보호관(130)의 제2중공부(131)는 상기 배출 부(115)에 인접하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 유해물질 저감장치용 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 화염보호관(130)의 단부는 화염막음판(132)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 유해물질 저감장치용 버너.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 화염막음판(132)은 상기 화염보호관(130)을 수직방향으로 차단하여 상기 화염보호관(130)의 단부를 폐쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 유해물질 저감장치용 버너.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 화염막음판(132)은 상기 배출부(115)와 화염보호관(130)이 연통되도록 연통부(133)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 유해물질 저감장치용 버너.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 배기가스 유동관(120)의 단부는 배기가스막음판(122)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 유해물질 저감장치용 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 배기가스 유해물질 저감장치용 버너(100)는 상기 유입부(111)와 연결된 배기관(400)과 상기 배출부(115)와 연결된 배기관(400)이 서로 단차지도록, 상기 배출부(115)는 상기 화염보호관(130)이 형성된 위치에 대응되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 유해물질 저감장치용 버너.
- 디젤엔진(200)으로부터 발생되는 배기가스를 저감시키는 배기가스 유해물질 저감장치(1000)에 있어서,상기 배기가스 유해물질 저감장치(1000)는상기 디젤엔진(200)으로부터 발생되는 배기가스 유동관(120)에 형성되어 배기가스를 승온시키되, 제1항 내지 제7항 중 한 항에 의한 버너(100); 및상기 버너(100)의 후단에 형성되어 배기가스 내의 유기물 또는 입자상 물질(PM, Particulate Matters)을 연소시키는 촉매필터(300)(DPF, Disel Particulate Filter)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 유해물질 저감장치.
