Claims (13)
- 양극, 아연 음극, 음극 분리막, 양극 분리막 및 알칼리 전해액을 포함하는 알칼리 아연 이차전지에 있어서, 상기 아연 음극 또는 음극 분리막은 칼슘 아연산염 분말, 수산화칼슘 분말 및 이들의 혼합물을 바인더 또는 증점제에 균일하게 분산시킨 분산액으로 코팅처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 아연 이차전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 칼슘 아연산염 분말, 수산화칼슘 분말 및 이들의 혼합물은 아연 음극판 1장당 평균 활물질 기준으로 1~5 중량% 함량으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 아연 이차전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 바인더는 PTFE, PE 및 SBR로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 아연 이차전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 증점제는 CMC, HEC 및 아크릴산 에스테르로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 아연 이차전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 음극 분리막은 1장 이상이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 아연 이차전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 아연 음극은 음극 활물질과 활성탄소를 볼밀 방법으로 혼합하는 단계(단계 1); 상기 단계 1에서 제조된 혼합물을 웨팅한 후, 증점제를 첨가하여 슬러리를 제조하는 단계(단계 2); 상기 단계 2에서 제조된 슬러리에 바인더를 첨가하여 음극 형성용 조성물을 제조하는 단계(단계 3); 상기 단계 3에서 제조된 음극 형성용 조성물을 집전체에 코팅하는 단계(단계 4); 및 상기 단계 4에서 집전체에 코팅된 음극 형성용 조성물을 건조하는 단계(단계 5)를 수행하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 아연 이차전지.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 음극 활물질은 산화아연(zinc oxide), 칼슘 아연산염(calcium zincate) 및 아연(Zn) 분말로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 아연 이차전지.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 활성탄소는 아세틸렌 블랙 및 케첸 블랙으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 아연 이차전지.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 증점제는 CMC, HEC 및 아크릴산 에스테르로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 아연 이차전지.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 증점제는 K+, Na+ 이온으로 치환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 아연 이차전지.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 바인더는 PTFE, PE 및 SBR로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 아연 이차전지.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 단계 1에서 제조된 혼합물에서 음극 활물질과 활성탄소의 함량비는 각각 95~99 중량% 및 1~5 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 아연 이차전지.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 단계 1에서는 음극 활물질 및 활성탄소와 함께 Ca(OH)2 및 Bi2O3를 포함하는 첨가제를 첨가하여 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 아연 이차전지.
