Description
Claims (3)
- 직렬로 접속된 발광 소자 및 인덕터에 대해 직렬로 접속되고, 상기 발광 소자의 구동 전류의 증감을 제어하는 트랜지스터를, 입력되는 제어 신호에 기초하여 온/오프하는 제어 회로와,상기 구동 전류의 최대치를 검출하는 최대치 검출 회로와,상기 최대치 검출 회로의 검출 결과에 기초하여, 상기 구동 전류가 상기 최대치보다 작은 경우는, 상기 구동 전류를 전원 전압의 레벨에 따른 속도로 증가시키기 위해 상기 트랜지스터를 온시키고, 상기 구동 전류가 상기 최대치로 되면, 상기 구동 전류를 상기 발광 소자의 순방향 전압의 레벨에 따른 속도로 감소시키기 위해 상기 트랜지스터를 소정 기간 오프시키는 상기 제어 신호를 생성하는 제어 신호 생성 회로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자 구동 제어 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어 회로는,상기 제어 신호가 한쪽의 논리 레벨로 되면 상기 트랜지스터를 온하고, 상기 제어 신호가 다른 쪽의 논리 레벨로 되면 상기 트랜지스터를 오프하고,상기 제어 신호 생성 회로는,상기 최대치 검출 회로의 상기 검출 결과에 기초하여, 상기 구동 전류가 상기 최대치보다 작은 경우는 한쪽의 논리 레벨의 상기 제어 신호를 출력하고, 상기 구동 전류가 상기 최대치로 되면 상기 제어 신호를 상기 소정 기간 다른 쪽의 논리 레벨로 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자 구동 제어 회로.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 최대치 검출 회로는,상기 구동 전류의 전류치에 따른 검출 전압을 일단부에 생성하는 저항의 상기 검출 전압에 있어서의 노이즈를 억제하는 필터와,상기 노이즈가 억제된 상기 검출 전압과 상기 최대치에 따른 기준 전압과의 비교 결과를 상기 최대치 검출 회로의 상기 검출 결과로서 출력하는 비교 회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자 구동 제어 회로.
