Claims (2)
- 수직방향으로 피스톤이 장착되고 상기 피스톤의 작동 공간과 연통한 노즐핀 통과홀(11)이 하방향으로 천공되어 있는 상고정판(1)과, 상기 상고정판(1) 하측에 소정간격 이격되어 배치되며 용융수지가 이동하는 수지유로가 형성되는 매니폴드(2)와, 상기 매니폴드(2) 하측에 배치되는 보강판(3)과, 상기 보강판(3)에 장착되어 상기 매니폴드(2)의 수지유로와 연결되어 이동되어 온 용융수지가 금형의 캐비티에 분사되도록 하단에 분사공이 형성된 노즐(4)로 구성된 사출성형기의 수지분사장치에 있어서;상기 상고정판(1)과 매니폴드(2)의 사이에는 중앙에 노즐핀이 통과할 수 있도록 링의 형상으로 이루어지며, 상기 매니폴드(2)의 상면에 상응하여 밀착되는 저면밀착부(51)와, 상기 저면밀착부(51)에서 법선방향으로 오목하게 형성되는 제1 곡선부(52)와, 상기 상고정판(1)의 저면에 상응하여 밀착되는 상면 밀착부(53)와, 상기 제1 곡선부(52)에 대응하는 내측면에는 오목하게 형성되는 제2 곡선부(54)가 형성되는 부시링(5)이 장착됨을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기에 사용되는 수지분사장치의 열팽창 완충기구.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 매니폴드(2)와 보강판(3) 사이에는 상기 노즐(4)의 상단에 외측으로 그 외경이 단턱지게 확장되는 단턱부(41)에 상응하도록 내경이 단턱지게 축소되었다가 다시 확장되는 걸림부(61)가 형성되고, 상기 걸림부(61)가 형 성된 부분의 외경면에는 내측으로 오목하게 형성되는 제3 곡선부(62)를 구비한 플랜지(6)가 추가로 형성되고;상기 보강판(3)에는 노즐(4)이 관통 장착되도록 형성되는 노즐장착부(71)와, 상기 노즐장착부(71)의 상부로 상기 플랜지(6)의 하단 외경에 상응하도록 내경이 단턱지게 확장되는 플랜지 장착턱(72)과, 상기 플랜지 장착턱(72)의 상부로 그 내경이 확장되어 상기 플랜지(6)의 외경과 이격되도록 형성되는 공간부(73)로 이루어지는 노즐장착홀(7)이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기에 사용되는 수지분사장치의 열팽창 완충기구.
