Description
Claims (2)
- 절연체의 내부에 적층되어 각각의 본체부가 동형(同形)이면서 동일방향으로 감긴 1차측 코일 및 2차측 코일을 갖는 칩체(chip body)와,상기 칩체의 제1 단면에 형성된 제1 외부전극, 상기 제1 외부전극에 나란하게 상기 제1 단면에 형성된 제2 외부전극, 상기 제1 단면과 대향하는 제2 단면에 형성되고 또한 상기 제1 외부전극과 대향하는 제3 외부전극, 및 상기 제3 외부전극에 나란하게 상기 제2 단면에 형성되고 또한 상기 제2 외부전극과 대향하는 제4 외부전극을 포함하는 적층형 트랜스 부품으로서,상기 1차측 및 2차측 코일의 본체부에, 최외주(最外周)의 변에서 상기 제1 단면측을 향해서 돌출한 제1 돌출부와, 최외주의 변에서 상기 제2 단면측을 향해서 돌출한 제2 돌출부를 상기 제1 및 제2 단면에 수직인 직선상에 배치하고,상기 1차측 코일에 있어서의 본체부의 상기 제1 돌출부의 선단부에서 인출한 제1 인출선을 상기 제1 외부전극에 접속함과 함께, 상기 본체부의 상기 제2 돌출부의 선단부에서 인출한 제2 인출선을 상기 제4 외부전극에 접속하고,상기 2차측 코일에 있어서의 본체부의 상기 제1 돌출부의 선단부에서 인출한 제3 인출선을 상기 제2 외부전극에 접속함과 함께, 상기 본체부의 상기 제2 돌출부의 선단부에서 인출한 제4 인출선을 상기 제3 외부전극에 접속하고,또한, 상기 제1 인출선과 제4 인출선을, 상기 1차측 코일 및 2차측 코일의 적층방향에서 봤을 때, 상기 제1 돌출부의 선단부와 제2 돌출부의 선단부의 사이의 중심선이며 상기 적층방향에 수직인 중심선에 관해서 선대칭인 형상으로 형성함과 함께, 상기 제2 인출선과 제3 인출선을, 상기 적층방향에서 봤을 때, 상기 중심선에 관해서 선대칭인 형상으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 트랜스 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,적층형 발룬 트랜스(balun transformer)인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 트랜스 부품.
