Claims (10)
- 피접착체에 접착하기 위한 점착제가 형성된 라벨 기재와,이 라벨 기재에 설치되고, 소정의 식별 정보를 기억한 IC(Integrated Circuit) 칩 및 상기 식별 정보를 무선으로 송신하는 안테나를 갖는 비접촉 IC 매체와,상기 라벨 기재에 설치된 시큐러티 기능부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 위조 방지용 IC 라벨.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 라벨 기재가, 취성(脆性) 재질로 이루어지는 위조 방지용 IC 라벨.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 라벨 기재에, 상기 피접착체에 접착된 상기 라벨 기재를 박리하기 위한 박리 용제에 의해 용해되거나, 또는 상기 박리 용제와 화학 반응하는 용제 검출부가 설치되어 있는 위조 방지용 IC 라벨.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 라벨 기재에, 열을 받음으로써 색상이 변화하거나 또는 열의 작용에 의해 화학 반응하는 열 검출부가 설치되어 있는 위조 방지용 IC 라벨.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 식별 정보가, 개개의 상기 IC 칩의 고유 식별 정보인 위조 방지용 IC 라벨.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 식별 정보가, 상기 피접착체를 관리하는 관리 정보와 대응지어져 있는 위조 방지용 IC 라벨.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 IC 칩이, 판독 전용 메모리를 구비하고,상기 식별 정보가, 상기 판독 전용 메모리에 기억되어 있는 위조 방지용 IC 라벨.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 시큐러티 기능부가,이 시큐러티 기능부에 대한 입사광의 입사각에 따라서, 또는 상기 시큐러티 기능부의 시인 각도에 따라서, 색조가 변화하는 OVD(Optical Variable Device) 기능 재료와,특정 파장의 전자파에 의해 여기하고, 상기 특정 파장과 상이한 파장의 전자 파를 방사하는 형광 재료 또는 축광 재료와,특정 패턴의 편광성을 갖고, 특정 편광을 취출(取出)함으로써 패턴을 표시하는 액정 재료 중 적어도 어느 하나의 재료로 이루어지는 위조 방지용 IC 라벨.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 라벨 기재에, 광학적으로 판독 가능한 광학 식별 정보를 갖는 광학 식별부가 설치되고,상기 식별 정보와 상기 광학 식별 정보 중 적어도 일부가 서로 대응지어져 있는 위조 방지용 IC 라벨.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 시큐러티 기능부와 상기 광학 식별부가, 상기 라벨 기재의 동일면에 설치되어 있는 위조 방지용 IC 라벨.
