Claims (6)
- 차량의 에어백 제어를 위하여 제어판이 차체에 체결되어 접지 대는 제어판 체결장치에 있어서,차체에 제어판이 고정되는 고정홀이 형성된 하우징과;상기 하우징에 고정된 제어판의 상부에 배치되어 외부를 차단시켜 보호하는 제어판커버와;상기 제어판은 상기 하우징 과 상기 제어판커버가 밀착되어 접지 되는 접지부재가 장착되고, 상기 접지부재에는 일체로 형성되어 상기 하우징에 고정 설치되는 고정부를 포함하는 제어판 체결장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 접지부제는 상기 제어판커버와 접지 되는 상부 접지면과 상기 하우징면에 접지 되는 하부 접지면이 서로 이격 되어 일체로 형성되고, 그 사이로 상기 제어판의 일부에 장착된 제어판 체결장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 고정부는 상기 상부 접지면과 하부 접지면이 일체로 연결되어 하측으로 연장 형성된 고정핀을 포함하는 제어판 체결장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 고정핀은 상기 고정홀 내주면과 상기 고정핀 외측면이 밀착되어 연결되도록 돌출 성형된 돌출턱부가 형성된 제어판 체결장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 돌출턱부의 외측직경은 상기 고정홀 직경과 같게 형성된 제어판 체결장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제어판은 인쇄회로기판으로 형성된 제어판 체결장치.
