1 is a flow diagram showing a dye fish method and dyeing process according to a preferred embodiment of the invention

The present invention relates to a natural dye production method using the bamboo leaves and dyeing method using the same. Recently, with increasing interest in health, development of dyed fiber products using natural materials is being actively performed. The present invention is also a natural dye production and dyeing method beneficial to the body. However, natural dyeing using bamboo leaves causes allergic reactions to people with weak skin or certain people with bamboo leaf sap, and boils them with heat to extract dye products. Because it does not grind, it cannot give a dark color.

The present invention has been made in order to improve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to propose a method in which a skin allergic reaction does not occur even when a natural green color is uniformly treated on a fiber.

Dyeing using bamboo leaves is a method of dyeing green chlorophyll pigments of bamboo leaves onto fibers. The present invention first harvests bamboo leaves. Bamboo leaves are cut to 1.5cm in size after taking fresh leaves from the first year. (Step 110) 200g of the cut bamboo leaves are immersed in 6 liters of water for the first period (120 steps). Soaking period is about 15 days, and change the water every 5 days. During this period, the sap of the bamboo leaves is neutralized in concern.

(단계 130)Bamboo leaves, which have been immersed in the first period, are finely crushed with clean water, followed by 3 liters of water with a grinder. (Step 130)

The pulverized bamboo leaf solution is immersed and aged for 7 days at a temperature of 20 ° C. in an ocher clay.

The immersion-aged solution is again subjected to secondary grinding with a grinder. (Step 150) The particle size of the secondary pulverized bamboo leaf is preferably formed in a gel state of several tens of micrometers or less so that the particles can be uniformly dispersed and adhered to the fiber.

이렇게 2차 분쇄 처리된 용액을 0.5mm 고운망이나 섬유자루에 걸러서 찌꺼기를 제거한다.(단계 160)The secondary milled solution is filtered through a 0.5mm fine mesh or fiber bag to remove debris (step 160).

Add 6 g of salt (Nacl) to the filtered dye solution and stir well (step 170). Salt (Nacl) improves the pigmentation of the dye in the fibrous tissue.

The dye to be dyed is immersed in the dye solution and colored. (Step 180) The types of fibers to be dyed are limited to cotton, hemp, silk, rayon, wool, and the like, which are natural fibers. Preferably, the method of coloring is suitable for weight of 100g of fiber in 3L of dye solution and lightly rub by hand for about 20 minutes at 40 ℃ so that the dye solution is evenly dispersed and colored.

After completion of the dyeing process, the fiber is washed and post-treated. (Step 190) The post-embedded material is selected according to the material and color of the cloth in 6 L of water. 30cc of organic acid and 2g of Sn (Na 2 SnO 3 · 3H 2 O) are selected. , 5 g of Al mordant (alum), 3 g of Cu mordant (CH 3 Coo) 2CuH 2 o), 2 g of Fe mordant (Feso4 · 7H 2 O), etc. were diluted and embedded for about 30 minutes to be embedded, washed with water and dried in the shade. .

The dyeing fiber of the above process showed excellent results even in the laundry fastness, which is a weakness of natural dyeing.

Dyeing fiber after this process does not cause skin allergy, and the antimicrobial test resulted in the bacteriostatic reduction rate (%) for Staphylococcus aureus and pneumococcus bacterium by more than 95%. High antimicrobial dyes can be useful in the production of baby clothes, underwear, bedding, household goods.

In particular, green from nature is known to have a positive effect on improving children's personality, mental and physical stability, and concentration.

Bamboo has been widely used for various purposes since ancient times. It is used in various tools and daily necessities, and killing has an excellent effect on stroke and mental and physical stability. In folk medicine, bamboo sap is also effective on stroke, cough and tetanus. Nowadays, bamboo charcoal has excellent antibacterial and deodorizing power and is used in various fields. However, so far only wood has been used, and bamboo leaves have been abandoned. Natural dye generation method using such bamboo leaves is also useful in terms of resource use.
