Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the manufacture of artware, in particular to a manufacturing process of bamboo clothes artware.
Background
The bamboo skin is also called bamboo shell, bamboo shoot shell and bamboo shoot shell, is the outer layer of the bamboo shoot, plays a role in protecting the bamboo shoot, grows fast and is not easy to damage. The bamboo skin is a byproduct in the growth process of the bamboo, the bamboo resources in China are rich, the yield of the bamboo shoots is high, and the bamboo skin is widely developed and applied.
The bamboo clothing handicraft is made up by using bamboo clothing through the processes of manual cutting, shearing, cutting, sticking, splicing, ironing, drawing and carving, etc. and can be made into various three-dimensional handicraft articles of various artistic paintings, etc. by imitating external scene. Because the bamboo clothes can keep the texture unaged and not faded for a long time, the decoration effect is good, the artistic appeal is strong, and the like, the bamboo clothes are the excellent material source of artware. The bamboo clothes handicraft is simple, natural, noble, elegant and beautiful, has very high ornamental and collection values, is an ideal decorative artwork for families, offices, hotels, entertainment places and the like, and is also a characteristic folk handicraft and collection for presenting to friends.
However, when the bamboo clothing is adopted as the handicraft in the prior art, the bamboo clothing is made of bamboo fiber materials, so that the defects of mildewing, moth eating, cracking during cutting due to lack of flexibility, difficult coloring due to dyeing and the like are easily caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a manufacturing process of a bamboo clothes handicraft. Through the procedures of pretreatment, cooking, bleaching, dyeing, polishing, cutting, pasting and forming according to the peculiar texture of the bamboo clothes, the manufactured handicraft is not easy to mildew and grow worms, has uniform color and long storage time, and has high ornamental and collection values.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the manufacturing process of the bamboo clothes handicraft is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, pretreatment: cleaning bamboo clothes, cutting off redundant parts at two ends, ironing by an electric iron, and removing fluff;
s2, cutting: roughly cutting the bamboo clothes prepared in the step S1 into outlines, sticking the outlines on paper, ironing the outlines by using an electric iron, and finely cutting the outlines to form the bamboo clothes;
s3, pasting: and (5) selecting the surface of the sticker of the bamboo clothes cut and shaped in the step (S2) and sticking the selected surface to the handicraft model.
Preferably, the source of the bamboo clothes in step S1 is one or more of moso bamboo, yellow bamboo, arrowhead bamboo, water bamboo, white bamboo, and west wind bamboo.
Preferably, after step S2, the method further includes the following steps:
(1) and (3) cooking: placing camphor leaves and rosemary leaves at the lower layer of a boiler, adding water with the volume being 3-5 times that of the camphor leaves and the rosemary leaves, placing bamboo clothes at the upper layer of the boiler, spraying baking soda, heating to 90-100 ℃, cooking for 100-120 min, taking out the bamboo clothes, drying in the air, and ironing with an electric iron;
(2) bleaching: putting a certain amount of water into a bleaching pot, adding 30% of hydrogen peroxide and sodium pyrophosphate, stirring, heating the mixed solution to 70-80 ℃ after dissolution, adding bamboo coats, preserving heat for 60-80 min, taking out, drying, and ironing by using an electric iron;
(3) dyeing: dyeing according to the color requirement of the bamboo clothes artware to be created;
(4) polishing: and (5) polishing the bamboo clothes by adopting a sand cloth or a sand cloth machine.
Preferably, in the step 1, the mass percentages of the bamboo clothing, the camphor leaves, the rosemary leaves and the baking soda are (50-60): (5-10): (2-6): (0.5 to 1).
Preferably, in the step 2, the mass percentages of the bamboo skin, the hydrogen peroxide, the sodium pyrophosphate and the water are (20-30): (5-10): (0.5-1): 100.
preferably, in step 3, there are two dyeing methods:
the method comprises the following steps: immersing the bamboo skin in a glycerol solution for 40-60 min, taking out, soaking in an acid solution for 10-20 min, taking out, then placing in a saturated lime water solution for neutralization for 30-40 min, washing with clear water, and drying in the air to obtain the bronze bamboo skin;
the second method comprises the following steps: putting a certain amount of water into a dyeing pot, boiling, adding water-based color pastes with different colors, putting the bamboo clothes into the pot, heating for 10-20 min, taking out, and drying in the air to obtain bamboo clothes with various colors;
more preferably, the concentration of the glycerol solution is 70% to 80%.
More preferably, in the first method, the concentration of the acid solution is 1% to 3%.
More preferably, the acid solution is any one of a sulfuric acid solution, a nitric acid solution, or a phosphoric acid solution.
More preferably, in the second method, the bamboo clothes, the water-based color paste and the water are in mass percent (20-30): (1-3): 100.
preferably, in step S3, the cut bamboo clothes further comprise direct coloring with acrylic pigment.
Has the advantages that:
(1) in the process of manufacturing the handicraft, the camphor leaves, the rosemary leaves and the baking soda are added in the cooking step to cook the bamboo clothes, so that the bamboo clothes have the effects of mould prevention and moth prevention, the flexibility of the bamboo clothes is enhanced, the bamboo clothes are beneficial to cutting in the subsequent process and the fitting degree of the bamboo clothes and the handicraft when being stuck, and the bamboo clothes are dyed by the aqueous color paste, namely the method II, so that the bamboo clothes are more easily colored and are not easy to fade during dyeing.
(2) According to the color requirement of the artware to be created, different methods are selected for dyeing, and the color of the bamboo clothes artware presents a unique bronze color and is simple, unsophisticated and natural by adopting acid treatment for dyeing; the water-based color paste is adopted, so that the artware is rich in color, bright and beautiful; in the two methods, before dyeing, the bamboo clothes are soaked in the glycerol solution in advance, so that the bamboo clothes are dyed and distributed more uniformly.
(3) The bamboo clothes artware manufactured by the invention is difficult to go moldy and worm, has long storage time and has artistic value and appreciation value through the procedures of pretreatment or cooking, bleaching, dyeing and polishing, and cutting, sticking and forming according to the peculiar texture of the bamboo clothes.
