Claims (5)
- 유리판의 배면에 금속 코팅 면이 형성되어 있는 미러의 상기 금속 코팅 면 위에 절연층을 형성하는 공정과;상기 절연층 위에 전도성 페이스트를 사용하여 특정 형상의 전극 패턴을 인쇄하여 건조하는 공정;상기 절연층 상면 중 전극 패턴이 형성되지 않은 영역 위와 상기 전극 패턴 위에 PTC 페이스트를 특정 형상으로 인쇄하여 건조하는 공정; 및전도성 접착제를 사용하여 상기 전극 패턴에 전류 입력 단자를 병렬로 연결하는 공정;으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 히팅 미러의 제조방법.
- 유리판의 정면에 금속 코팅 면이 형성되어 있는 미러의 상기 유리판의 배면 위에 전도성 페이스트를 사용하여 특정 형상의 전극 패턴을 인쇄하여 건조하는 공정과;상기 유리판의 배면 중 전극 패턴이 형성되지 않은 영역 위와 상기 전극 패턴 위에 PTC 페이스트를 특정 형상으로 인쇄하여 건조하는 공정; 및전도성 접착제를 사용하여 상기 전극 패턴에 전류 입력 단자를 병렬로 연결하는 공정;으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 히팅 미러의 제조방법.

- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 히팅 미러.
