Claims (9)
- 하기 화학식 I의 공중합체:화학식 IR'-[(A) a (B) b (C) c ]-R"상기 화학식에서,(A)는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있는 하기 화학식 II의 단위이고,(B)는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있는 하기 화학식 III의 단위이며,(C)는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있는 하기 화학식 IV의 단위이다:화학식 II-[CO-NH-Z-NH-CO-ND-Y-Si(OR 1 ) o R 2-o -(O-SiR 2 ) n -O-Si(OR 1 ) o R 2-o -Y-ND]-화학식 III-[CO-NH-Z-NH-CO-NR 4 -G-NR 4 ]-화학식 IV-[CO-NH-Z-NH-CO-E-X-E]-[상기 화학식들에서,X는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며, 서로 이웃하지 않는 메틸렌 단위가 -O-, -COO-, -OCO- 또는 -OCOO- 기로 치환될 수 있고 불소, 염소, C1-C6 알킬 또는 C1-C6 알킬 에스테르로 치환 또는 비치환된 1∼700개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬렌 라디칼 또는 6∼22개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 치환 또는 비치환된 아릴렌 라디칼이고,Y는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며, 서로 이웃하지 않는 메틸렌 단위가 -O- 기로 치환될 수 있고 1∼30개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 2가 탄화수소 라디칼 또는 라디칼 -(CH2)3-NH-SiR2-(CH2)3-NH-이며,Z는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, 불소 또는 염소로 치환 또는 비치환되며 1∼30개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 2가 탄화수소 라디칼이고,D는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, 수소 원자 또는 1가의 비치환 또는 치환된 탄화수소 라디칼이며,E는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, 산소 원자 또는 아미노기 -ND-이고,R은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, 불소 또는 염소로 치환 또는 비치환되며 1∼20개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 1가 탄화수소 라디칼이며,R 1 은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, 수소 원자 또는 불소, 염소 또는 오르가닐옥시 기로 치환 또는 비치환되며 1∼20개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 1가 탄화수소 라디칼 또는 -(C=O)-R 또는 -N=CR2이고,R 4 는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, 화학식 -Z'-SiRp(OR1)3-p (여기서, Z'는 Z에 대하여 상기 개시한 정의와 동일하고, p는 0, 1 또는 2임)의 라디칼이거나 또는 수소 원자 또는 1가의 비치환 또는 치환된 탄화수소 라디칼이며,G는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, Z에 대하여 개시한 정의를 가지고,R"는 수소 원자 또는 라디칼 -CO-NH-Z-NCO이며,R'는 R"가 수소 원자일 경우 라디칼 HND-Y-Si(OR1)oR2-o-(O-SiR2)n-O-Si(OR1)oR2-o-Y-ND-, HNR4-G-NR4- 또는 HE-X-E-이고, R"가 라디칼 -CO-NH-Z-NCO일 경우 라디칼 OCN-Z-NH-CO-ND-Y-Si(OR1)oR2-o-(O-SiR2)n-O-Si(OR1)oR2-o-Y-ND-, OCN-Z-NH-CO-NR4-G-NR4- 또는 OCN-Z-NH-CO-E-X-E-이고,n은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, 1∼4000의 정수이며,o는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, 0, 1 또는 2이고,a는 1 이상의 정수이며,b는 1 이상의 정수이고,c는 0 또는 1 이상의 정수인데,단, 분자당 하나 이상의 라디칼 R4는 -Z'-SiRp(OR1)3-p이며 개개의 블록 (A), (B) 및 (C)는 중합체 중에 무작위로 분포될 수 있다.
- 제1항에 있어서, E는 산소 원자인 것을 특징으로 하는 공중합체.
- a) 하기 화학식 V의 하나 이상의 중합체,b) 하기 화학식 VI의 하나 이상의 화합물,c) 하기 화학식 VII의 하나 이상의 디이소시아네이트 또는 차단된 디이소시아네이트(예컨대, 페놀, 케톡심, 말론산 에스테르, 질소-함유 복소환과 이소시아네이트의 열적으로 불안정한 반응 생성물),d) 필요할 경우, 하기 화학식 VIII의 화합물,e) 필요할 경우, 촉매, 및f) 필요할 경우, 하나 이상의 용매를 반응시키는 것에 의한, 제1항 또는 제2항의 공중합체의 제조 방법:화학식 VH-ND-Y-Si(OR 1 ) o R 2-o -(O-SiR 2 ) n -O-Si(OR 1 ) o R 2-o -Y-ND-H화학식 VIH-NR 4 -G-NR 4 -H화학식 VIIOCN-Z-NCO화학식 VIIIH-E-X-E-H상기 화학식들에서, X, Y, Z, D, E, G, R, R 1 , R 4 및 o는 상기 정의한 바와 같다.
- 제3항에 있어서, 반응을 (용매 없이) 벌크로 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 공중합체를 포함하거나 또는 제3항 또는 제4항에 따라 제조된 가교결합 가능한 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서,(i) 화학식 I의 공중합체,필요할 경우(ii) 가교결합제,필요할 경우(iii) 촉매,필요할 경우(iv) 충전제,필요할 경우(v) 접착 촉진제,필요할 경우(vi) 가소제, 안정화제, 산화방지제, 난연제, 광안정화제 및 안료를 포함하는 군에서 선택되는 추가의 물질,및 필요할 경우(vii) (i)과는 상이한 가교결합 가능한 공중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교결합 가능한 조성물.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 성분(vii)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교결합 가능한 조성물.
- 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(i), 필요할 경우 (ii), (iii), (iv), (v), (vi) 및 (vii) 이외의 성분을 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교결합 가능한 조성물.
- 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물을 가교결합시킴으로써 제조된 몰딩.
