Claims (11)
- 제 1 기판 상에서 수직교차하여 픽셀을 정의하는 게이트 배선 및 데이터 배선과,상기 게이트 배선 및 데이터 배선의 교차 지점에 형성되는 박막트랜지스터와,상기 박막트랜지스터를 포함한 전면에 형성되는 제 1 절연층과,상기 제 1 절연층 상에서 픽셀 단위로 전면에 형성되는 반사전극과,상기 반사전극을 포함한 전면에 형성되는 제 2 절연층과,상기 제 2 절연층 상에서 스트라이프 형태로 평행하도록 형성되는 복수개의 화소전극과,상기 제 1 기판과의 사이에 액정층을 사이에 두고 대향합착된 제 2 기판과,상기 제 2 기판 외측면에 부착된 편광필름을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반사전극은 박막트랜지스터에 연결되어 픽셀전압이 인가되고,상기 화소전극은 Vcom 전압이 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반사전극은 Vcom 전압이 인가되고,상기 화소전극은 박막트랜지스터에 연결되어 픽셀전압이 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화소전극과 반사전극 사이에 수평전기장 및 수직전기장이 동시에 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액정층의 유효 굴절율에 의해 색상을 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액정층은 2~10㎛의 셀갭을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액정층은 초기에 상기 제 1 기판에 대해 평행하게 배향되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 기판과 편광필름 사이에 보상필름이 더 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 보상필름은 QWP(Quater Wave Plate)인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 픽셀은 2개의 서브 픽셀로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 픽셀은,녹색 및 마젠타를 각각 반사시키는 서브 픽셀로 구성되거나,청색 및 노란색을 각각 반사시키는 서브-픽셀로 구성되거나 또는,적색과 시안색(cyan)을 각각 반사시키는 서브-픽셀로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시소자.
