Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 지방조직 유래의 지방전구세포로부터 지방세포로 분화시켜서 얻어지는 지름 20∼40 ㎛의 어린 지방세포를 포함하는, 신체 부피 대체를 위한 이식용 지방세포 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 포유류의 자가이식 또는 동종이식에 사용되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 포유류가 인간인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- (a) 자가 또는 동종 지방 조직에서 분리된 미분화 지방전구세포를 지방세포로 분화시키는 단계;(b) 지름 20∼40 ㎛의 분화된 어린 지방세포(differentiated immature adipocytes)를 수집하는 단계; 및(c) 수집된 어린 지방세포와 생분해성 중합체(biodegradable scaffold)를 in vitro에서 함께 배양하는 단계를 포함하는, 이식용 지방세포 조성물의 생산 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, (d) 생분해성 중합체 내에서 지방세포의 결합 및 성숙을 측정하는 단계가 더욱 포함되는 방법.
- (a) 자가 또는 동종 지방 조직에서 분리된 미분화 지방전구세포를 지방세포로 분화시키는 단계;(b) 지름 20∼40 ㎛의 분화된 어린 지방세포(differentiated immature adipocytes)를 수집하는 단계;(c) 수집된 어린 지방세포와 생분해성 중합체(biodegradable scaffold)를 in vitro에서 함께 배양하는 단계; 및(d) 어린 지방세포와 생분해성 중합체를 함께 체내에 이식하는 단계를 포함하는, 지방세포 이식 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 지방세포와 생분해성 중합체를 주사로 이식하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 지방세포와 생분해성 중합체를 외과적 수술로 이식하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 조직 재건 또는 미용 성형의 목적으로 이식하는 방법.
