Claims (4)
- 상용전원을 배터리의 충전전류로 변환하는 전원변환부를 구비한 차량용 배터리 충전장치의 배터리 보호회로에 있어서,상기 배터리의 충전단자에 연결된 저항과,상기 전원변환부와 상기 배터리의 충전단자 사이에 마련된 스위치와,상기 저항에 걸린 전압이 소정의 기준전압을 벗어나면 상기 스위치를 오프시키는 이상전압 차단부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 보호회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 이상전압 차단부는,상기 저항에 걸린 전압과 소정의 기준전압을 비교하는 제1 비교기 및 제2 비교기와, 상기 제1 비교기 및 제2 비교기의 출력값을 논리곱하여 반전하는 낸드게이트와, 상기 낸드게이트의 출력값에 따라 온오프되는 트랜지스터와, 상기 트랜지스터와 연결된 포토 커플러를 포함하며;상기 스위치는 상기 포토 커플러의 출력신호에 의해 온오프되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 보호회로.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 스위치는 상기 포토 커플러의 출력단자와 상기 배터리 충전단자에 각각 소스단과 드레인단이 연결된 전계효과 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 보호회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전원변환부는 DC-DC컨버터인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 보호회로.
