Description
Claims (24)

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 위상 천이 요소는 상기 제2 위상 천이 요소에 의해 적용되는 위상 천이와 실질적으로 반대인 위상 천이를 적용하는 것인 전력 증폭기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 임피던스 변환 요소 및 각각의 증폭 경로와 연관된 상기 제2 위상 천이 요소는 단일의 장치로 결합되는 것인 전력 증폭기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 임피던스 변환 요소 및 상기 제2 위상 천이 요소는 신호의 위상 및 임피던스를 실질적으로 동시에 변경하는 것인 전력 증폭기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 임피던스 변환 요소 및 상기 제2 위상 천이 요소는 신호의 위상 및 임피던스를 개별적으로 변경하는 것인 전력 증폭기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 임피던스 변환 요소 및 상기 제2 위상 천이 요소는 상기 복수의 증폭 경로와 동일한 모듈 상에 위치하는 것인 전력 증폭기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 임피던스 변환 요소 및 상기 제2 위상 천이 요소는 유도성(L) 및 용량성(C) 회로를 포함하는 것인 전력 증폭기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 임피던스 부정합 조건 하에서, 한쪽 증폭 경로는 고 임피던스를 가지며 상대쪽 증폭 경로는 저 임피던스를 갖는 것인 전력 증폭기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전력 결합기는 부가의 임피던스 변환 요소를 더 포함하는 것인 전력 증폭기.
- 휴대용 통신 송수신기로서,복수의 증폭 경로를 갖는 평형 전력 증폭기,각각의 증폭 경로의 입력에 있는 제1 위상 천이 요소,각각의 증폭 경로의 출력에 있는 제2 위상 천이 요소,상기 제2 위상 천이 요소와 연관된 임피던스 변환 요소, 및각각의 증폭 경로의 출력을 단일의 출력으로 합성하도록 구성된 전력 결합기를 포함하는 송수신기.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제1 위상 천이 요소는 상기 제2 위상 천이 요소에 의해 적용되는 위상 천이와 실질적으로 반대인 위상 천이를 적용하는 것인 송수신기.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 임피던스 변환 요소 및 각각의 증폭 경로와 연관된 상기 제2 위상 천이 요소는 단일의 장치로 결합되는 것인 송수신기.

- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 신호의 위상 및 임피던스를 실질적으로 동시에 변경하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 증폭 경로가 위치하는 동일한 모듈 상에서 상기 변환 및 상기 위상 천이를 수행하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 신호의 위상 및 임피던스를 개별적으로 변경하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
