Claims (11)
- 하기 산화물 기준의 몰% 표시로, SiO2 24 ∼ 50%, B2O3 13 ∼ 23%, ZnO 10 ∼ 32%, Li2O 3 ∼ 20%, Na2O 1 ∼ 9%, Al2O3 1 ∼ 15%, MgO + CaO + SrO + BaO 0 ∼ 20%, Bi2O3 0 ∼ 9% 로 본질적으로 이루어지고, [(B2O3 + ZnO) - Al2O3] 이 24 몰% 이상이고, ZrO2 를 함유하는 경우 그 함유량은 2 몰% 이하이며, 또한 PbO 및 F 모두를 함유하지 않는 격벽 형성용 유리.
- 하기 산화물 기준의 몰% 표시로, SiO2 24 ∼ 50%, B2O3 13 ∼ 32%, ZnO 15 ∼ 32%, Li2O 3 ∼ 20%, Na2O 1 ∼ 15%, Al2O3 1 ∼ 15%, MgO + CaO + SrO + BaO 0 ∼ 20%, Bi2O3 0 ∼ 9% 로 본질적으로 이루어지고, [(B2O3 + ZnO) - Al2O3] 이 24 몰% 이상, (Na2O - Li2O) 가 4 몰% 이하이며, ZrO2 를 함유하는 경우 그 함유량은 2 몰% 이하이며, 또한 PbO 및 F 모두를 함유하지 않는 격벽 형성용 유리.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, (B2O3 + ZnO) 가 50 몰% 이하인 격벽 형성용 유리.
- 하기 산화물 기준의 몰% 표시로, SiO2 21 ∼ 50%, B2O3 12 ∼ 35%, ZnO 15 ∼ 37%, Li2O 1 ∼ 25%, Na2O 0 ∼ 21%, Al2O3 1 ∼ 25%, MgO + CaO + SrO + BaO 0 ∼ 20%, Bi2O3 0 ∼ 9% 로 본질적으로 이루어지고, (B2O3 + ZnO) 가 50 몰% 이하, [(B2O3 + ZnO) - Al2O3] 가 24 몰% 이상이고, K2O 를 함유하는 경우 그 함유량이 5 몰% 이하이며, 또한 PbO 및 F 모두를 함유하지 않는 격벽 형성용 유리.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, (Na2O - Li2O) 가 4 몰% 이하인 격벽 형성용 유리.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, MgO 가 0 ∼ 8 몰%, CaO 가 0 ∼ 8 몰%, SrO 가 0 ∼ 8 몰%, BaO 가 0 ∼ 8 몰% 인 격벽 형성용 유리.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (Li2O + Na2O + Bi2O3 ) 이 11 몰% 이상인 격벽 형성용 유리.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Bi2O3 을 함유하지 않는 격벽 형성용 유리.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연화점이 615℃ 이하인 격벽 형성용 유리.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 50 ∼ 350℃ 에서의 평균 선팽창 계수가 65 ×10-7 ∼ 95 ×10-7/℃ 인 격벽 형성용 유리.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 격벽 형성용 유리를 사용하여 형성된 격벽을 갖는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
