Claims (12)
- 양극 전극판, 음극 전극판, 및 세퍼레이터를 구비하는 전극 조립체;상기 전극 조립체가 수납되는 수납부를 가지고, 이 수납부에 상기 전극 조립체 및 전해질을 넣어 밀봉한 포장재; 및상기 포장재의 외부 표면 상에 전면적으로 또는 부분적으로 형성된 접착제층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 접착제층은, 아크릴 수지, EVA(Etylene Vinyl Acetate) 수지, 폴리아미드 수지, 또는 고무로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 세퍼레이터는 단일의 시트로 이루어져 폴드/폴드(fold/fold) 형태로 접혀져 있고,상기 전극 조립체는 이 접혀진 세퍼레이터를 개재하여 복수의 상기 양극 전극판과 음극 전극판이 교호로 적층되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 기재된 리튬 이차 전지 복수 개를 서로 직렬 또는 병렬로 연결하고, 이 직렬 또는 병렬로 연결된 복수 개의 리튬 이차 전지를 양극 단자 및 음극 단자를 가지는 팩에 수납하여 이루어진 조전지.
- 양극 전극판, 음극 전극판, 및 세퍼레이터를 구비하는 전극 조립체를 준비하는 단계;상기 전극 조립체를 전해질과 함께 포장재에 넣고 밀봉하는 단계;상기 포장재의 외부 표면 상에 전면적으로 또는 부분적으로 접착제층을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 접착제층을 경화시키는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 접착제층은, 아크릴 수지, EVA(Etylene Vinyl Acetate) 수지, 폴리아미드 수지, 또는 고무로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 접착제층을 형성하는 단계는, 상기 포장재의 외부 표면 상에 에멀젼 상태 또는 페이스트 상태의 접착제를 도포하거나 스프레이로 분무함으로써 상기 접착제층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 접착제층을 형성하는 단계는, 상기 밀봉된 포장재를 에멀젼 상태 또는 페이스트 상태의 접착제에 함침시킴으로써 상기 접착제층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지의 제조방법.
- 양극 전극판, 음극 전극판, 및 세퍼레이터를 구비하는 전극 조립체를 복수 개 준비하는 단계;상기 복수의 전극 조립체 각각을 전해질과 함께 각각의 포장재에 넣고 밀봉하여 복수의 단전지를 만드는 단계;상기 복수의 단전지를 서로 직렬 또는 병렬로 연결하여 조전지를 만드는 단계;상기 조전지를 양극 단자 및 음극 단자를 구비하는 팩에 수납하는 단계;상기 조전지의 외부 표면 상에 전면적으로 또는 부분적으로 접착제층을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 접착제층을 경화시키는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 접착제층은, 아크릴 수지, EVA(Etylene Vinyl Acetate) 수지, 폴리아미드 수지, 또는 고무로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 접착제층을 형성하는 단계는, 상기 조전지의 외부 표면 상에 에멀젼 상태 또는 페이스트 상태의 접착제를 도포하거나 스프레이로 분무함으로써 상기 접착제층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 접착제층을 형성하는 단계는, 상기 조전지와 함께 에멀젼 상태 또는 페이스트 상태의 접착제를 상기 팩에 넣음으로써 상기 접착제층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지의 제조방법.
