Claims (5)
- 한장의 금속 플레이트에서 형성되고, 상기 금속플레이트의 일측단부를 몸체부의 상면으로 벤딩시켜 형성되는 제1튜브와; 상기 금속플레이트의 타측단부를 몸체부의 상면으로 벤딩시켜 형성되는 제2튜브; 그리고 상기 제1튜브의 일측부분에서 플레이트의 최외측에서 일체로 형성된 인너핀형성부를 금속플레이트의 상면측으로 벤딩하여 형성되고, 제1튜브의 내측을 격실하는 인너핀을 구비하는 튜브와:상기 튜브 사이에 설치되는 방열용 핀을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 일체형 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1튜브와 제2튜브 사이의 몸체부에는 길이방향의 슬릿이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 일체형 열교환기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 방열용 핀은, 제1튜브 및 제2튜브 사이에 별도로 개재되고, 각각 별도로 형성된 한쌍으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형 열교환기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 방열용 핀은, 제1튜브 및 제2튜브 사이에서 개재되는 일체형으로 구성되고, 그 사이에는 길이방향을 따른 슬릿이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형 열교환기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 인너핀이 형성되지 않은 튜브의 단부는, 몸체부의 상면에서 면접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형 열교환기.
