Claims (19)
- 熱交換器のチューブ(4)の外壁(10)を成す金属薄板製の外面板(20)であって、前記金属薄板に、前記外壁(10)と接する少なくとも1つの第1凹部(24)と、前記外壁(10)から離隔して配置された少なくとも1つの第2凹部(26)とを備えており、さらに前記外壁(10)と前記第2凹部(26)を結合する連結脚(28)であって、隣接する前記第1凹部(24)同士を分離する連結脚(28)を具備していることを特徴とする外面板(20)。
- 前記第1凹部(24)は、おおむね台形の形状をなしていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の外面板(20)。
- 前記第2凹部(26)は、おおむね半円筒形をなしていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の外面板(20)。
- 各々多数の前記第1凹部(24)と前記第2凹部(26)は、前記外面板(20)の表面の第1方向に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の外面板(20)。
- 前記第1凹部(24)と前記第2凹部(26)は、前記外面板(20)の表面の第1方向に、交互に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の外面板(20)。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の第1外面板(20)と第2外面板(20)を備えていることを特徴とする熱交換器(1)用の熱交換チューブ(4)。
- 前記第1外面板(20)と前記第2外面板(20)が、互いに鏡面対称に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載のチューブ(4)。
- 前記第1外面板(20)の第1凹部(24)と、前記第2外面板(20)の第1凹部(24)とにより、第1流体の循環通路を形成してあることを特徴とする請求項7記載のチューブ(4)。
- 前記第1外面板(20)の第2凹部(26)と、前記第2外面板(20)の第2凹部(26)とにより、第2流体の循環通路を形成してあることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載のチューブ(4)。
- 前記第1外面板(20)と前記第2外面板(20)との間に、中間伝導板(40)を配置してあることを特徴とする請求項6〜9のいずれか1項に記載のチューブ(4)。
- 前記第1外面板(20)と前記第2外面板(20)は、これらの間に中間伝導板(40)を介して、互いに中心対称に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載のチューブ(4)。
- 前記第1外面板(20)、および/または前記第2外面板(20)の第1凹部(24)と、前記中間伝導板(40)とにより、第1流体の循環通路を形成してあることを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載のチューブ(4)。
- 前記第1外面板(20)、および/または前記第2外面板(20)の第2凹部(26)と、前記中間伝導板(40)とにより、第2流体の循環通路を形成してあることを特徴とする請求項10〜12のいずれか1項に記載のチューブ(4)。
- 前記中間伝導板(40)は、2つ以上の第1凹部(24)、および/または2つ以上の第2凹部(26)間を連通させる1つ以上の通路(44)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項10〜13のいずれか1項に記載のチューブ(4)。
- 請求項6〜14のいずれか1項に記載のチューブ(4)を多数備えていることを特徴とする熱交換器(1)。
- 多数の前記チューブ(4)と、多数の熱交換フィン(6)とを交互に備えているコア(8)を具備していることを特徴とする請求項15記載の熱交換器。
- 前記チューブ(4)の第1凹部(24)は、蓄熱材のタンク部であることを特徴とする請求項15又は16に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記チューブ(4)の第2凹部(26)は、熱交換流体の循環通路であることを特徴とする請求項15〜17のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記熱交換流体は冷媒であり、前記蓄熱材は蓄冷材であることを特徴とする請求項18記載の熱交換器。
