Claims (10)
- 고무로 된 밝은색의 상부층(1) 아래에 놓인 전도성 고무로 된 하부층(2)을 포함하는, 2개 이상의 서로 연결된 층들로 이루어진 바닥깔개으로서,상기 상부층(1)은 상기 상부층(1)의 표면 위에 패턴 방식으로 분포되는 부분 영역으로 천공되고, 천공된 부분만 전도성 고무로 형성되는 바닥깔개에 있어서, 상기 상부층(1)은 밝은 색상의 제 1 입자(1.2)의 주입(1.1)에 의해 형성되고, 상기 제 1 입자(1.2)는 전기 절연성 고무 및 상기 제 1 입자(1.2) 내에 매립되는 제 2 입자(1.3)로 형성되며, 상기 제 2 입자(1.3)는 적어도 가황된 전도성 고무로 이루어지고, 체분별 분석을 통해 측정된 직경(D)을 가지며, 상기 직경(D)은 최소한 상부층의 두께(D1)와 같고, 최대한 상부층과 하부층의 두께를 합친 것(D2)과 같으며, 상기 제 1 입자(1.2)와 제 2 입자(1.3)는 상하 적층된 후, 공극이 형성되지 않게 상기 하부층(2)과 압축되어 가황 프로세스를 통해 결합되고, 상기 제 2 입자(1.3)의 면적이 상기 바닥깔개의 전체 면적의 최대 50%를 차지하는 조건으로, 상기 바닥깔개의 표면 단위 31.7㎠당 적어도 하나의 제 2 입자(1.3)가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 바닥깔개.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 입자(1.2)는 상기 제 2 입자보다 훨씬 더 작은 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 바닥깔개.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 입자(1.2)는 상기 제 2 입자(1.3)의 0.05배 내지 0.6배의 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 바닥깔개.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 입자(1.3)의 재료는 상기 하부층(2)의 재료와 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는, 바닥깔개.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 입자(1.3)는 상기 제 1 입자(1.2)에 대해 보색을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 바닥깔개.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 입자(1.2)는 서로 다른 색으로 염색된 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 바닥깔개.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,사용면에 약간의 주름이 형성되거나 각인되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 바닥깔개.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 입자(1.2)는 상기 제 2 입자(1.3)보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는, 바닥깔개.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 바닥깔개의 제조 방법으로서, 전도성 고무로 된, 연속하여 형성된 하부층(2) 위에 패턴 형태로 개구들이 분포되어 있는 표면을 가진 상부층(1)이 적층되고, 상기 개구들은 전도성 고무로 채워지며, 상기 개구 내에 포함된 고무와 상기 층들(1, 2)이 동시에 가황 프로세스에 연결되는, 바닥깔개 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 하부층(1) 위에 전기 절연성 가황 고무로 이루어진 밝은 색상의 제 1 입자(1.2)가 부어지는(산적되는) 형태로 상기 상부층(2)이 적층되며, 상기 제 1 입자(1.2)는 상기 산적부 내로 매립되는 제 2 입자(1.3)로 형성되고, 상기 제 2 입자(1.3)는 적어도 가황된 전도성 고무로 이루어지고, 체분별 분석을 통해 측정된 직경(D)을 가지며, 상기 직경(D)은 최소한 상부층(1)의 두께(D1)와 같고, 바람직하게는 완성된 바닥깔개의 상부층(1)과 하부층(2)의 두께를 합친 것(D2)보다 크지 않으며, 이 때 상기 제 2 입자(1.3)의 면적이 상기 바닥깔개의 전체 면적의 최대 50%를 차지하는 조건으로, 상기 완성된 바닥깔개의 표면 단위 31.7㎠당 적어도 하나의 제 2 입자(1.3)가 존재하도록 상기 제 2 입자(1.3)의 양이 결정되고, 상기 제 1 입자(1.2)와 제 2 입자(1.3)는 상하 적층된 후, 공극이 형성되지 않게 상기하부층(2)과 압축되어 가황 프로세스를 통해 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 바닥깔개 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 산적부는 가황되지 않은 또는 가황된 고무로 된 하부층(2) 위에 적층되고, 상기 하부층(2)에 함유된 고무의 가황이 상기 상부층(1)에 함유된 고무의 가황과 동시에 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는. 바닥깔개 제조 방법.
