Claims (16)
- 기록된 정보로서 마크가 형성되어 있는 워블링 기록트랙을 포함하는 기록 디스크로서, 상기 워블링 기록 트랙은 상기 기록 디스크의 소정 영역내에, 상기 기록 디스크의 종별에 대응하는 소정의 워블링 형상을 가지는 기록 디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록 디스크의 종별은 추기형(追記型) 및 소거 가능형 중 하나인 기록 디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소정 영역은 상기 기록 디스크의 리드-인 영역 내에 위치하는 기록 디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록 트랙의 트랙 피치는 0.35μm보다 작은 기록 디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마크의 최소반전간격은 0.2μm보다 작은 기록 디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록 디스크는 전자빔 노광에 의해 제조되는 기록 디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 워블 기록 트랙은 일정한 높이를 가지는 기록 디스크.
- 기록된 정보로서 마크가 형성되어 있는 기록 트랙을 포함하는 기록 디스크로서,상기 기록 디스크의 종별이 추기형 및 소거 가능형 중 하나인 경우에, 상기 기록 트랙은 상기 기록 디스크의 소정 영역 내에, 상기 기록 디스크의 종별에 대응하는 소정 워블링 형상을 가지며,상기 기록 디스크의 종별이 독출 전용형인 경우에, 상기 기록 트랙은 상기 기록 디스크의 소정 영역 내에 일련의 워블링 피트를 가지는 워블 피트 트레인을 포함하며, 상기 워블 피트 트레인의 워블링 특성은 상기 기록 디스크의 종별이 독출 전용형임을 나타내는 기록 디스크.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 소정 영역은 상기 기록 디스크의 리드-인 영역 내에 위치하는 기록 디스크.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 기록 트랙의 트랙 피치는 0.35μm보다 작은 기록 디스크.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 마크의 최소반전간격은 0.2μm보다 작은 기록 디스크.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 기록 디스크는 전자빔 노광에 의해 제조되는 기록 디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록 트랙은 일정한 높이를 가지는 기록 디스크.
- 기록된 정보를 나타내는 마크가 형성되어 있는 기록 트랙을 가진 기록 디스크로부터 기록된 정보를 재생하는 장치로서 :상기 기록 트랙으로부터 기록된 정보를 독출하여 독출 신호를 얻는 독출 수단;상기 독출된 신호에 근거하여, 상기 기록 트랙의 워블링 형상에 대응하는 파형 또는 일련의 워블 피트들에 의해 규정되는 워블 피트 트레인의 워블링 특성에 대응하는 파형을 갖는 워블 신호를 검출하는 워블 검출수단; 및상기 워블 신호의 파형에 근거하여 상기 기록 디스크의 종별을 나타내는 디스크 종별 정보로 상기 워블 신호를 복조시키는 디스크 종별 검출수단을 포함하는 기록정보 재생장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 디스크 종별 정보는 독출 전용형, 추기형 또는 소거 가능형 중 하나인 기록정보 재생장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 기록 트랙은 일정한 높이를 가지는 기록정보 재생장치.
