Description
In the present invention, a pair of iron plates are welded to each other by welding with a molten welder, and a welding support made of ceramic marked with welding guide lines is provided on the back side of the welded portion of the welded object, and a back feed of the welded portion is supported by the welding support. The present invention relates to a welding support that allows good bead formation and prevents melt from leaking between welding supports.
In general, in welding butt to each other, the welds of the iron plates are formed to be inclined and welded with welding rods in a state of facing them, and after such welding, beads are formed in an arc shape on the upper and lower portions of the joints. This arc-shaped bead was processed to complete the welding.
Meanwhile, in the conventional welding process, a welding paper in which one guide line 401 is formed inside the bead forming unit 301 so that the worker accurately tracks the welding site and the lower bead formation can be improved. Earth 201 was being used. The welding support 201 is formed of a plurality of pieces to be installed along the curve of the welding site, so that the welding support 201 is bonded to the lower parts of the steel plates 1, 101 with an adhesive and welded. Both ends of the support 201 were inclined.
However, in the conventional welding support, it is difficult for the operator to weld the welding support of the steel plate to be welded with the guide line of the welding support by forming guide lines only in the center of the bead forming portion provided therein. When installing along the curve of the steel plate, only the edges of the welding supports by the inclined surface is connected so that the connection state of the welding supports is made by the line contact made poor connection. As a result, the connection part is dug by the welding heat and the slag generated during welding, and the welding melt leaks, thereby deteriorating the welding state.
The present invention has been devised in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and when welding a pair of iron plates to each other and welding them with a molten welder, a welding support made of ceramic marked with welding guide grooves is installed on the back side of the welded portion of the workpiece. The welding support is to provide a good bead formation of the welding site and to provide a welding support so that the molten material does not leak to the connection by connecting the connection of the welding support in the surface contact state. .

The welding support of the present invention for achieving the above object, the bead is bonded to the back side of the welded portion of the iron plate facing each other as a pair of the welded to be welded adjacent to the iron plate to form a bead between the iron plate In the welding support provided with a ceramic provided with a center projection protruding on the center side of the opposite surface corresponding to the forming groove and the bead forming groove, the bead forming groove inside each other as a reference line for checking the separation distance of the iron plate The welding guide grooves extending in parallel are formed, and both side surfaces of the welding support which face each other are provided with curved slopes corresponding to each other such that a plurality of welding supports have a predetermined angle so that a portion thereof is in surface contact.
Hereinafter, on the basis of the accompanying drawings will be described in detail the welding support of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the bead-forming grooves 3 are formed on the back surface of the welded portions of the iron plates 1 and 101 which are welded to each other in a state in which the pair of iron plates 1 and 101 are weldable. The formed ceramic welding support 2 is adhered with an aluminum adhesive, which is installed in a state in which a plurality of welding supports 2 are interconnected according to the length of the welded portion. To this end, curved lower portions 6 are formed at both lower sides of the welding support 2, and arc centered projections 7 formed at the lower center of the welding support 2 are provided to ensure alignment of the welding support 2. I can do it.
On the other hand, one side of the welding support (2) is formed in the bead-shaped groove 3 recessed in an arc shape, the inside is provided with two welding guide grooves (4) elongated in the longitudinal direction.
The welding guide groove 4 is provided to align the welding line of the iron plate (1) (101) disposed on the upper side, that is, to match the separation distance and the arrangement position of the iron plate (1) (101) at the same time It is prepared. As a result, when the welding operation is performed along the two welding guide grooves 4 in the state in which the welding support 2 is installed, arc-shaped back beads are formed by the bead forming grooves 3 and the melt of the welding agent is formed on the steel plate ( 1) 101 to be joined by welding, and after this welding, arc-shaped weld beads are formed above and below the iron plate (1) (101).
In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, in the welding operation using the welding support 2, when the welding support 2 is connected to each other, the curved inclined portion 5 formed on the upper side of both sides contact each other. By connecting so that the connection edge of the welding support (2) is in close contact to prevent the leakage of the melt. That is, the curved inclined portion 5 is provided to correspond to each other before and after the welding support 2, it is provided to be in surface contact with each other when inclined at a predetermined angle. As a result, the bead can be formed well, and even when the connection part of the welding support parts 2 is bent when installing the welding support part 2 along the curve, the contact part thereof is faced by the curved inclination part 5. Contact will prevent leakage of the melt.
As described in detail above, the present invention can ensure the connection of the welding support by providing a curved slope on the front and rear sides of the welding support, and this connection state becomes good by the surface contact. It is possible to prevent the melt from leaking to the joint. In addition, by forming a welding guide groove having an appropriate interval in the bead forming groove can be easily installed to match the welding interval of the steel plate to be welded, it is possible to achieve the effect of improving the work efficiency is easy welding work.
