Claims (16)
- 변위 가능한 상류측 폐쇄기(4, 24, 34, 54)와 변위 가능한 하류측 폐쇄기(5, 25, 35, 55)에 의해 폐쇄되어 있으며 액체 활성 성분(6)을 포함하는 원통형 저장조(3, 33)를 포함하는 무바늘 주사기(1)로서, 상기 저장조(3, 33)는 본체(2, 32)와 일체 형성된 주입 시스템으로부터 초기에 분리되어 있으며, 상기 주사기는 상류측 폐쇄기, 액체 및 하류측 폐쇄기의 조립체를 변위시키기 위한 구동 수단(70)을 포함하는 무바늘 주사기에 있어서,상기 주입 시스템은 상기 하류측 폐쇄기의 용기(7, 27, 37, 57)의 외측에 위치된 적어도 두 개의 주위 주입 도관(8)을 포함하며, 상기 용기의 블라인드 보어(10, 20, 21)의 천공 높이는, 상기 하류측 폐쇄기(5, 25, 35, 55)가 상기 용기의 저부(7a)와 접촉할 때 상기 주위 도관의 입구(8a)의 간극을 허용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무바늘 주사기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 저장조(3, 33)는 상기 본체(2, 32) 내에 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무바늘 주사기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용기는 상기 본체의 부분인 것을 특징으로 하는 무바늘 주사기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용기(7, 37)는 상기 하류측 폐쇄기가 상기 용기(7, 37) 내에서 정지하기 전에, 상기 하류측 폐쇄기(5, 35)의 충격을 흡수하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무바늘 주사기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 용기(37)는 상기 하류측 폐쇄기(35)가 리세스(36)를 경유하여 결합되는 스터드(39)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무바늘 주사기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 하류측 폐쇄기(25)는 변형 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 무바늘 주사기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 용기(27)는 변형 전의 하류측 폐쇄기(25) 보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 무바늘 주사기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 구동 수단(70)은 상기 상류측 폐쇄기(4, 24, 34, 54)에 직접 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무바늘 주사기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 구동 수단(70)은 플런저(11, 31, 51)에 의해 상기 상류측 폐쇄기(4, 24, 34, 54)에 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무바늘 주사기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 구동 수단(70)은 파이로테크닉 가스 발생기인 것을 특징으로 하는 무바늘 주사기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 저장조와 본체는 단일 유닛을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무바늘 주사기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 저장조(3)는 상기 구동 수단(70)에 조립시에 중간 물질(9)을 경유하여 상기 본체(2)에 수축 끼워맞춤되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무바늘 주사기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 본체(32)는 투명한 것을 특징으로 하는 무바늘 주사기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 본체(2)는 저장조의 내용물을 관찰하기 위한 적어도 하나의 윈도우(12)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무바늘 주사기.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 플런저(51)는, 상류측 폐쇄기(54), 액체(56) 및 하류측 폐쇄기(55)의 조립체를 변위시키고 상기 용기(57) 내에 충격 없이 하류측 폐쇄기를 결합시키기 위해 저압 및 저속으로 제 1 상태를 실행시키며, 다음 고속 주입을 위해 고압에서 제 2 상태를 실행시키기 위한 단차형 플런저인 것을 특징으로 하는 무바늘 주사기.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 가스 발생기측에서, 상기 단차형 플런저(51)는 상류측 폐쇄기(54), 액체(56) 및 하류측 폐쇄기(55)의 조립체를 이동시키기 위해 적당한 힘을 발생시키기 위한 작은 단면의 헤드를 포함하며, 변위 길이는, 상기 작은 단면의 헤드가 자유 상태가 될 때, 상기 하류측 폐쇄기(55)가 용기(57) 내에 완전히 수용되며 다음 상기 발생기로부터의 가스가 플런저(51)의 큰 단면에 작용하며, 액체가 고압을 받도록 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무바늘 주사기.
