Claims (3)
- 사염화티탄(TiCl4)을 염산용액에 적하한 후 증류수를 첨가하여 사염화티탄에 대한 염산의 농도비가 1:2.5몰비 내지 1: 3.5몰비가 되도록한 다음, 여기에 침전제로 중탄산암모늄(NH4HCO3)을 pH6 내지 pH7이 될때까지 적하하면서 교반하여 침전물을 형성시키고, 상기 침전물을 충분히 세척한 후 약 110℃로 유지된 건조기에서 약 48시간 이상 건조한 다음 700℃ 미만으로 열처리함을 특징으로 하는 침전제 적하법을 이용한 이산화티탄 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 침전제의 적하시 반응기의 온도는 60℃ 미만에서 적하하는 것을 특징으로 하는 침전제 적하법을 이용한 이산화티탄 분말의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열처리 온도가 400℃ 내지 700℃임을 특징으로 하는 침전제 적하법을 이용한 이산화티탄 분말의 제조방법.
