Claims (4)
- 내부가 격벽으로 구분된 배기통로와 흡기통로의 소정개소에 현열교환로터 및 제습로터가 배치되고 상기 배기통로 상에 기화냉각셀과 동계 가열코일이, 그리고 상기 흡기통로 상에 급기필터와 하계 현열재냉각코일 및 재열코일이 순차 배치된 닥트로 이루어지고, 상기 닥트의 외부에 비치된 냉방유니트에 의해 상기 하계 현열재냉각코일로 냉매가 순환되게 하는 냉각계통을 포함함으로써 상기 배기통로에서 현열교환로터에 의해 회수된 에너지로 상기 흡기통로를 거쳐 흡인되는 외기를 1차 냉각시키고 하계 현열재냉각코일로 2차 냉각시키는 구성으로 된 폐열 회수식 냉방장치에 있어서,상기 배기통로(4a)와 흡기통로(4b) 사이로 배치되는 현열교환로터(6)의 전단 측에 동계 냉각코일(48)이 배치되어 3상밸브(62)를 통해 통상의 냉각계통(58)으로 접속되고, 상기 흡기통로(4b)에서 제습로터(8)의 전단 측에는 적어도 하나의 동계 가열코일(50)이 배치됨과 아울러 상기 냉방유니트(46)의 냉매수액기(42) 입구 측과 압축기(44) 출구 측 사이는 각각 3상밸브(54)(56) 및 3상밸브(62)를 경유하여 동계 가열코일(50)과 동계 냉각코일(48)로 순환되는 바이패스계통(60)으로 형성되어서 냉방사이클의 냉매를 상기 냉방유니트(46)의 응축코일(40)에서 하계 냉각코일(28)로 이어지는 냉각계통(58)이나, 동계 가열코일(50)에서 동계 냉각코일(48)로 이어지는 바이패스계통(60) 중의 하나로 선택하여 순환시킬 수 있는 구성으로 된 폐열 회수식 냉방장치에 적합한 가습 겸용 냉난방 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 흡기통로(4b)의 입구 측에는 완만한 “∨ ”자상의 절곡부(24b)를 포함하고, 상기 절곡부(24b)에 대응하는 밑면에 입구 측을 향하여 열려진 크고 작은 캡쳐(24c)(24d)가 소정개소에 형성되어 있는 언판(24a)으로 이루어진 우수방진그릴(24)이 배치된 구성으로 됨이 특징인 폐열 회수식 냉방장치에 적합한 가습 겸용 냉난방 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 우수방진그릴(24)의 후단 측에는 압축공기를 역분사시키기 위하여 다수의 노즐이 형성된 분지관체(26a)를 출구측에 갖춘 급기필터(26)가 배치된 구성으로 됨이 특징인 폐열 회수식 냉방장치에 적합한 가습 겸용 냉난방 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 흡기통로(4b) 상에 배치되는 동계 가열코일(50)과 제습로터(8) 사이로 열교환코일(510)이 더 설치되고, 이 열교환코일(510)에는 통상의 스팀/온수 발생원(512)에 의해 공급되는 열매체가 순환되게 한 구성으로 됨이 특징인 폐열 회수식 냉방장치에 적합한 가습 겸용 냉난방 장치.
