Claims (5)
- 유도전동기를 구동제어하는 벡터제어형 인버터와, 인버터에 직류전원을 공급하는 진폭변조(PWM)방식의 전압제어형 컨버터를 구비한 유도전동기구동시스템에 있어서,상기 인버터와 상기 컨버터를 각각 구동제어하며, 상기 인버터의 전류와 상기 유도전동기의 속도 및 상기 컨버터의 전류를 통해 구동 초기의 미리 설정된 제어시점을 판단하여 그 제어시점에서의 상기 컨버터의 전류에 따라 컨버터 고장을 검출하고, 고장검출시에 상기 컨버터와 상기 인버터의 구동제어를 중지하고 고장처리하는 제어수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨버터고장검출장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은 유도전동기의 자속확립제어구간의 시작시간을 컨버터 고장 검출을 위한 제어시점으로 미리 설정함을 특징으로 하는 컨버터고장검출장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은 유도전동기의 자속확립제어구간에서 컨버터가 정상적인 경우 소량의 전류가 흐름을 이용하여 컨버터의 고장을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨버터고장검출장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은 유도전동기의 자속확립제어구간에서 상기 인버터의 토크성분 전류가 0이고, 유도전동기의 속도가 0일 때를 고장검출을 위한 제어시점으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨버터고장검출장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은 고장검출제어시점에서 컨버터의 전류가 일정치 이상이면 컨버터 고장으로 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨버터고장검출장치.
