Abstract
본 발명은 난연성 건축물 내장재에 관한 것이다. 더 상세하게는 현재 건축물 보온재로 가장 널리 쓰이고 있는 물품은 발포형 판상 스티로폴 보온재로서 여기에 불연재 및 방염재로 잘 알려져 있는 규산소다(Sodium silicate)액을 결합하여 난연재로 바꾸어 놓는 것에 대한 것이다.
Description
본 발명은 건축물 내장재로 다량 사용되고 있는 호연성 발포형 판상 보온재인 스티로폴을 난연성의 보온재로 바꾸어 놓는 것에 대한 것이다.
더 상세하게는 현재 건축물 시공시 다량으로 쓰여지고 있는 건축물 내장 보온재인 발포형 판상 보온재는 그 원천이 석유화학적 생산품으로서 화재발생시 대단한 속도로 쉽게 타버리며 이것은 발포형의 제품이기에 더욱 더 잘 타버리게 되는 것이다. 또한 유해가스 발생이 순식간에 일어나므로 재해시 치명적인 결과를 초래하였던 것이 사실이다.
그것의 보완책으로서 스티로폴 보온재 양면에 얇은 철판을 부착한 제품이 많이 나왔으나 그것은 화재에 별로 도움이 되지 못하는 것으로 평가받고 있다.

본 발명품은 이러한 결점을 없애려고 불연재로 널리 알려진 규산소다(Sodium silicate)에 착안하여 이를 발포형 스티로폴 보온재와 결합한 바 만족할만한 성과를 얻기에 이르렀다(공인기관 시험성적표 추후보냄)
본 제품의 제법은 다음과 같은데 먼저 임의의 규격의 사각형 용기에 발포형 판상 스티로폴 보온재를 세워서 넣고 고정시킨 후 용기를 밀폐하고 그 속의 공기를 완전히 빼내고 진공상태 하에서 규산소다액을 주입하게 되면 발포된 스티로폴속에 자리잡고 있던 공기대신 규산소다액이 들어차게 되어 호연성 보온재는 난연성의 것으로 바뀌는 것이다.

발포형 스티로폴 보온제 속에 존재해 있던 공기를 빼내고 대신 그곳을 불연재 규산 소다액이 들어가게 되므로 호연재인 스티로폴 보온재는 난연재로 바뀌게 된다.
발포형 스티로폴 보온재의 속과 겉 전체를 불연재 규산소다액으로 코팅하므로 호연재는 난연재로 바뀌게 된다.

- 호연제인 발포형 스티로폴 보온재의 속과 겉 전체면에 불연재 규산소다액을 주입 코팅화하므로서 난연성의 보온재를 창출해 내는 것
