Description
Claims (1)
- 제1유압실린더(30) 및 제2유압실린더(40)로 구성되는 드라이브 실린더와, 유압펌프(60) 및, 콘트롤 블록(50)으로 이루어지되, 상기 제1유압실린더(30)는 실린더(31)와 피스톤(32), 피스톤로드(33) 및, 일방향 체크밸브(34a,35a)가 구비된 한 쌍의 완충라인(34,35)으로 구성되고, 상기 제2유압실린더(30)는 실린더(41)와 피스톤(42), 피스톤로드(43), 일방향 체크밸브(44a)가 구비된 완충라인(44) 및, 한 쌍의 피스톤센서(45a,45b)로 구성되며, 제1유압실린더(30)의 실린더헤드부(31b ; 도 6 내지 도 9 참조)측 유압포트와 제2유압실린더(40)의 실린더헤드부(41b ; 도 6 내지 도 9 참조)측 유압포트는 유압라인(3c)을 매개로 상호 연결되고, 제1유압실린더(30)의 피스톤로드커버(31a)측 유압포트와 제2유압실린더(40)의 피스톤로드커버(41a)측 유압포트는 유압라인(3a,3b)을 매개로 각각 유압펌프(60)에 연결되는 드라이브 실린더 유압장치에 있어서,상기 제1유압실린더(30)의 피스톤로드커버(31a)측 완충라인(34b)에 연결되는 드레인라인(3d)과, 상기 유압라인(3a)에 연통되는 파이로트라인(3e), 파이로트라인(3e)의 유압에 의해 ON/OFF 제어되어 드레인라인(3d)을 단속하는 카트리지밸브(70) 및, 상기 콘트롤 블록(50)에 의해 작동 제어되되 제2유압실린더(40)의 실린더헤드부(41b)측 피스톤센서(45b)에 피스톤(42)이 감지되면 상기 완충라인(34b)을 기점으로 하여 카트리지밸브(70)보다 후위에서 드레인라인(3d)이 소정시간 개구되도록 ON/OFF 제어되는 솔레노이드밸브(80)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이브 실린더 유압장치.
