Claims (30)
- 전면상에 인쇄물을 갖는 주성분으로서 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 열가소성 수지 필름 기재층(I), 및 기재층(I)의 배면상에 형성된 열 봉합성 수지층(II)를 포함하며, 열 봉합성 수지층(II)가 다음 성분을 포함하는 수지 조성물로 이루어진 인몰드 라벨:성분(a): 폴리에틸렌 수지 55 내지 90중량%성분(b): 폴리에테르에스테르아미드 5 내지 40중량%성분(c): 개질된 저분자량 폴리에틸렌 1 내지 20중량% 및성분(d): 폴리아미드 수지 0 내지 20중량%.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(b)로서의 폴리에테르에스테르아미드가 하기 성분(b1) 및 (b2)로부터 유래된 방향족 환을 함유하는 폴리에테르에스테르아미드인 인몰드 라벨:성분(b1): 수평균 분자량이 200 내지 5,000이고 각 말단에 카복실 그룹을 함유하는 폴리아미드 및성분(b2): 수평균 분자량이 300 내지 5,000인 비스페놀의 알킬렌 옥사이드 부가물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(c)로서의 개질된 저분자량 폴리에틸렌이 다음 성분(c1) 및 (c2)로부터 선택된 개질된 저분자량 폴리에틸렌인 인몰드 라벨:성분(c1): 1개 이상의 카복실산 또는 무수물 그룹을 함유하며 수평균 분자량이 800 내지 25,000이고 산가가 5 내지 150인 개질된 저분자량 폴리에틸렌,성분(c2): 성분(c1) 중의 상기 카복실산 또는 무수물 그룹의 일부 또는 전부를 알칸올아민 및/또는 하이드록실 또는 아미노 그룹을 1개 이상 함유하는 폴리옥시알킬렌 화합물로 2차 개질시켜 수득한, 수평균 분자량이 850 내지 28,000인 개질된 저분자량 폴리에틸렌.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 필름 기재층(I)의 주성분으로서의 열가소성 수지의 융점이 열 봉합성 수지층(II)에 함유된 성분(a)로서의 폴리에틸렌 수지의 융점보다 15℃ 이상 더 높은 인몰드 라벨.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a)로서의 폴리에틸렌 수지가 결정화도가 10 내지 60%이고, 수평균 분자량이 10,000 내지 40,000이며, 융점이 80 내지 130℃인 폴리에틸렌 수지인 인몰드 라벨.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 필름 기재층(I)이 미세 무기 입자 2 내지 30중량%, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 3 내지 20중량% 및 프로필렌 수지 95 내지 50중량%를 포함하는 수지 조성물의 쌍축 신장시킨 필름의 코어층(A), 코어층(A)의 한면에 적층되어 있으며 미세 무기 입자 35 내지 65중량%, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 0 내지 10중량% 및 프로필렌 수지 55 내지 35중량%를 포함하는 수지 조성물의 단축 신장된 필름의 표면층(B) 및 표면층(B)의 반대편상에서 코어층(A)에 적층되어 있으며 미세 무기 입자 35 내지 65중량%, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 0 내지 10중량% 및 프로필렌 수지 55 내지 35중량%를 포함하는 수지 조성물의 단축 신장된 필름의 배면층(C)를 포함하며, 기재층(I)이 층(B)면상에 인쇄물을 가지며 층(C)면상에 열 봉합성 수지층(II)를 갖는 미공성 적층 수지 필름인 인몰드 라벨.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(b)가 0.5 내지 4.0의 감소된 점도(25℃에서 0.5중량% m-크레졸 용액내에서 측정)를 갖는 인몰드 라벨.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(c)가 800 내지 30,000의 수평균 분자량을 가지고, 하이드록실, 카복실, 카복실산 무수물, 옥시알킬렌, 에폭시 및 아미노 그룹으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 그룹을 함유하는 인몰드 라벨.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지가 폴리프로필렌, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 폴리(비닐 클로라이드, 폴리(에틸렌 테레프탈레이트) 및 폴리아미드로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 인몰드 라벨.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지가 10,000 내지 500,000의 수평균 분자량 및 135 내지 264℃의 융점을 갖는 인몰드 라벨.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기재층(I)이 i) 열가소성 수지 필름; ii) 무기 충전제를 함유하는 미공성 신장된 폴리프로필렌 필름의 합성 종이; iii) 무기 충전제-함유 라텍스로 피복된 상기 수지 필름 i) 또는 상기 합성 종이 ii)의 피복된 필름; iv) 상기 i), ii) 및 iii)상에 증착된 알루미늄 필름; 및 v) 상기 i), ii), iii) 및 iv) 중 2개 이상의 적층체로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 인몰드 라벨.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a)가 80 내지 130℃의 융점을 가지고, 0.900 내지 0.935g/㎤의 밀도를 갖는 고압 폴리에틸렌, 0.880 내지 0.940g/㎤의 밀도를 갖는 선형 폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체, 에틸렌/아크릴산 공중합체, 에틸렌/알킬 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌/알킬 메타크릴레이트 공중합체 및 에틸렌/금속 메타크릴레이트 공중합체로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 인몰드 라벨.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기재층(I)의 두께가 20 내지 200㎛이고 배면층(II)의 두께가 1 내지 10㎛인 인몰드 라벨.
- 제6항에 있어서, 미공성 적층 수지 필름이 0.65 내지 1.02g/㎤의 밀도를 갖는 인몰드 라벨.
- 제6항에 있어서, 층(A), (B) 및 (C)의 두께가 각각 12 내지 80㎛, 2 내지 40㎛ 및 2 내지 40㎛인 인몰드 라벨.
- 제6항에 있어서, 미세 무기 입자 35 내지 65중량%(이 함량은 층(B) 중의 함량과는 상이하다), 프로필렌 수지 55 내지 35중량% 및 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 0 내지 10중량%를 포함하는 수지 조성물의 두께 0 내지 40㎛의 단축 신장된 필름인, 층(A) 및 (B)사이에 중간층(D)를 추가로 포함하는 인몰드 라벨.
- 제2항에 있어서, 성분(c)로서의 개질된 저분자량 폴리에틸렌이 다음 성분(c1) 및 (c2)로부터 선택된 개질된 저분자량 폴리에틸렌인 인몰드 라벨:성분(c1): 1개 이상의 카복실산 또는 무수물 그룹을 함유하며 수평균 분자량이 800 내지 25,000이고 산가가 5 내지 150인 개질된 저분자량 폴리에틸렌,성분(c2): 성분(c1) 중의 카복실산 또는 무수물 단위의 일부 또는 전부를 알칸올아민 및/또는 하이드록실 또는 아미노 그룹을 1개 이상 함유하는 폴리옥시알킬렌 화합물로 2차 개질시켜 수득한, 수평균 분자량이 850 내지 28,000인 개질된 저분자량 폴리에틸렌.
- 제2항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 필름 기재층(I)의 주성분으로서의 열가소성 수지의 융점이 열 봉합성 수지층(II)에 함유된 성분(a)로서의 폴리에틸렌 수지의 융점보다 15℃ 이상 더 높은 인몰드 라벨.
- 제2항에 있어서, 성분(a)로서의 폴리에틸렌 수지가 결정화도가 10 내지 60%이고, 수평균 분자량이 10,000 내지 40,000이며, 융점이 80 내지 130℃인 폴리에틸렌 수지인 인몰드 라벨.
- 제2항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 필름 기재층(I)이 미세 무기 입자 2 내지 30중량%, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 3 내지 20중량% 및 프로필렌 수지 95 내지 50중량%를 포함하는 수지 조성물의 쌍축 신장시킨 필름의 코어층(A), 코어층(A)의 한면에 적층되어 있으며 미세 무기 입자 35 내지 65중량%, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 0 내지 10중량% 및 프로필렌 수지 55 내지 35중량%를 포함하는 수지 조성물의 단축 신장된 필름의 표면층(B) 및 표면층(B)의 반대편상에서 코어층(A)에 적층되어 있으며 미세 무기 입자 35 내지 65중량%, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 0 내지 10중량% 및 프로필렌 수지 55 내지 35중량%를 포함하는 수지 조성물의 단축 신장된 필름의 배면층(C)를 포함하며, 기재층(I)이 층(B)면상에 인쇄물을 가지며 층(C)면상에 열 봉합성 수지층(II)를 갖는 미공성 적층 수지 필름인 인몰드 라벨.
- 제3항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 필름 기재층(I)의 주성분으로서의 열가소성 수지의 융점이 열 봉합성 수지층(II)에 함유된 성분(a)로서의 폴리에틸렌 수지의 융점보다 15℃ 이상 더 높은 인몰드 라벨.
- 제3항에 있어서, 성분(a)로서의 폴리에틸렌 수지가 결정화도가 10 내지 60%이고, 수평균 분자량이 10,000 내지 40,000이며, 융점이 80 내지 130℃인 폴리에틸렌 수지인 인몰드 라벨.
- 제3항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 필름 기재층(I)이 미세 무기 입자 2 내지 30중량%, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 3 내지 20중량% 및 프로필렌 수지 95 내지 50중량%를 포함하는 수지 조성물의 쌍축 신장시킨 필름의 코어층(A), 코어층(A)의 한면에 적층되어 있으며 미세 무기 입자 35 내지 65중량%, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 0 내지 10중량% 및 프로필렌 수지 55 내지 35중량%를 포함하는 수지 조성물의 단축 신장된 필름의 표면층(B) 및 표면층(B)의 반대편상에서 코어층(A)에 적층되어 있으며 미세 무기 입자 35 내지 65중량%, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 0 내지 10중량% 및 프로필렌 수지 55 내지 35중량%를 포함하는 수지 조성물의 단축 신장된 필름의 배면층(C)를 포함하며, 기재층(I)이 층(B)면상에 인쇄물을 가지며 층(C)면상에 열 봉합성 수지층(II)를 갖는 미공성 적층 수지 필름인 인몰드 라벨.
- 제4항에 있어서, 성분(a)로서의 폴리에틸렌 수지가 결정화도가 10 내지 60%이고, 수평균 분자량이 10,000 내지 40,000이며, 융점이 80 내지 130℃인 폴리에틸렌 수지인 인몰드 라벨.
- 제4항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 필름 기재층(I)이 미세 무기 입자 2 내지 30중량%, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 3 내지 20중량% 및 프로필렌 수지 95 내지 50중량%를 포함하는 수지 조성물의 쌍축 신장시킨 필름의 코어층(A), 코어층(A)의 한면에 적층되어 있으며 미세 무기 입자 35 내지 65중량%, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 0 내지 10중량% 및 프로필렌 수지 55 내지 35중량%를 포함하는 수지 조성물의 단축 신장된 필름의 표면층(B) 및 표면층(B)의 반대편상에서 코어층(A)에 적층되어 있으며 미세 무기 입자 35 내지 65중량%, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 0 내지 10중량% 및 프로필렌 수지 55 내지 35중량%를 포함하는 수지 조성물의 단축 신장된 필름의 배면층(C)를 포함하며, 기재층(I)이 층(B)면상에 인쇄물을 가지며 층(C)면상에 열 봉합성 수지층(II)를 갖는 미공성 적층 수지 필름인 인몰드 라벨.
- 제5항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 필름 기재층(I)이 미세 무기 입자 2 내지 30중량%, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 3 내지 20중량% 및 프로필렌 수지 95 내지 50중량%를 포함하는 수지 조성물의 쌍축 신장시킨 필름의 코어층(A), 코어층(A)의 한면에 적층되어 있으며 미세 무기 입자 35 내지 65중량%, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 0 내지 10중량% 및 프로필렌 수지 55 내지 35중량%를 포함하는 수지 조성물의 단축 신장된 필름의 표면층(B) 및 표면층(B)의 반대편상에서 코어층(A)에 적층되어 있으며 미세 무기 입자 35 내지 65중량%, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 0 내지 10중량% 및 프로필렌 수지 55 내지 35중량%를 포함하는 수지 조성물의 단축 신장된 필름의 배면층(C)를 포함하며, 기재층(I)이 층(B)면상에 인쇄물을 가지며 층(C)면상에 열 봉합성 수지층(II)를 갖는 미공성 적층 수지 필름인 인몰드 라벨.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열 봉합성 수지층(II)의 외부면이 양각되어 있는 인몰드 라벨.
- 제1항에 청구된 바와 같은 인몰드 라벨이 표면에 접착되어 있는 중공 용기를 포함하는 용기.
- 제1항에 청구된 바와 같은 인몰드 라벨을 몰드의 공동에 고정시키고, 패리슨을 상기 공동으로 도입시켜, 몰드를 밀폐시키고, 압축 공기를 상기 패리슨 중으로 공급하여 이를 팽창시킴을 포함하는, 라벨로 장식된 용기의 성형법.
- 제29항에 있어서, 패리슨용 수지가 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌인, 라벨로 장식된 용기의 성형법.
