Abstract
Description
Claims (3)
- (a) 입력된 제어 전압을 처리하여 레이저 다이오드의 구동 전류를 출력하는 단계;(b) 상기 레이저 다이오드로부터 출사되는 빛의 휘도에 따라 휘도 전압을 발생시키는 단계; 및(c) 발생된 휘도 전압에 의하여 상기 구동 전류의 크기를 조정하는 단계;를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 다이오드의 구동 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (b)에서,포토다이오드에 의하여 상기 휘도 전압을 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 다이오드의 구동 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (c)에서,발생된 상기 휘도 전압 및 상기 레이저 다이오드에 흐르는 전류에 의하여 상기 구동 전류의 크기를 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 다이오드의 구동 방법.
