Description
Claims (12)
- 회전밀봉링과 동축상으로 장착된 밀봉성분을 구비하여 그 맞은편 면들사이에 기본밀봉을 형성하여 기본밀봉을 가로질러 고압의 방사상 면으로부터 저압의 방사상 면으로 유체유동을 충분히 방지하고, 저압방사상면상에 일부내에 채널에 위치된 밀봉성분에의해 밀봉하우징과, 밀봉성분에 결합된 푸셔슬리브사이에서 이들 사이에 형성된 보조밀봉으로 작용하는 편향수단에의해 회전링을 향해 축방향으로 밀봉성분을 강제하며, 상기한 밀봉부재는 채널내에 위치하는데, 밀봉하우징과 푸셔슬리브중 어느 것이라도 저압방사사면상에 위치됨과 더불어, 밀봉하우징과 푸셔슬리브의 나란히 놓인 면들이 기본밀봉의 평형밸런스직경과 축방향으로 일렬 정렬되어 위치되는 비접촉샤프트밀봉.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고압의 방사상 면부는 외부의 방사상 면이고, 채널은 푸셔슬리브상에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비접촉샤프트밀봉.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉부재가 O링인 것을 특징으로 하는 비접촉샤프트밀봉.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 보조밀봉에 채널내에 예컨대 테프론으로 제조된 보완링을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비접촉샤프트밀봉.
- 제 1항 또는 제 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 푸셔슬리브와 밀봉성분사이에 O링에의해 구비되는 추가적인 밀봉을 추가로 구비하고 이 추가적인 밀봉 O링은 반(半4)열장이음 채널내에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비접촉샤프트밀봉.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항에 따른 다수의 샤프트밀봉이 동일한 샤프트를 따라 연속적으로 또는 반대방향으로 장착되어 구비된 조립체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항에 따른 샤프트밀봉 또는 제 6항에 따른 조립체를 구비한 터보기계 또는 다른 압력이 인가된 기계.
- 회전밀봉링과 밀봉성분의 방사상으로 연장된 면들사이에 형성된 기본밀봉을 구비하여 이 기본밀봉을 가로질러 고압방사면으로부터 저압방사면으로의 유체유동을 방지하며, 밀봉성분에의해 푸셔슬리브와 하우징사이에 형성된 제 2슬리브로 푸셔슬리브를 매개로 하우징과 밀봉성분사이에서 작용하는 편향수단에의해 밀봉링을 향해 축방향으로 밀봉성분이 편향되어지는 비접촉샤프트밀봉의 결함을 저감하는 방법으로 채널내에 밀봉부재를 설치하여 밀봉하우징과 푸서슬리브중 어느것이라도 저압방사면상에 위치되어게 하는 단계와, 밀봉하우징의 면과 푸셔슬리브의 면을 나란히 설치하여 기본밀봉의 평형밸런스 직경과 축방향으로 일렬 정렬되어지도록 하는 단계로 구성되어 밀봉부재마찰과 결합된 밀봉성분의 축방향 운동중에 밀봉의 밸런스직경을 변경하여 기본밀봉내에 생성된 개방력을 줄이게 되는 샤프트밀봉결합 저감방법.
- 첨부한 도면에의해 도시되었거나 이를 참조로 하여 기술된 샤프트밀봉.
- 첨부한 도면에의해 도시되었거나 이를 참조로하여 기술되어진 샤프트밀봉조립체.
- 첨부한 도면에의해 도시되었거나 이를 참조로하여 기술한 바와 같은 하나이상의 샤프트밀봉을 구비한 압력이 인가된 기계.
- 첨부한 도면에의해 도시되었거나 이를 참조로하여 기술한 샤프트밀봉의 결함을 저감하는 방법.
