도 1a는, 폐쇄 상태에서 하우징의 개구부에 삽입된 압력 릴리프 커버 유닛 및 센서 장치를 갖는 압력 릴리프 장치의 개략적인 단면도이고,

도 2a는, (반전된) 압력 릴리프 커버 유닛 및 이에 연결된 센서 장치를 갖는 압력 릴리프 장치의 추가 실시예의 아래로부터의 사시도이고,
도 2b는, 센서 장치를 가지며 폐쇄 상태에서 하우징 개구부에 삽입된 상태의 도 2a에 따른 압력 릴리프 장치의 개략적인 측면도이며,
도 2c는, 압력 릴리프 커버 유닛의 개방 상태에서 도 2a 및 2b에 따른 압력 릴리프 장치를 도시하고,

Claims (12)
- 하우징 벽(10)에 삽입되거나 또는 삽입될 수 있고 특히 압력 임계값 및/또는 온도 임계값이 초과될 때 캐비티로부터 하우징(1)의 외부 영역(4)으로의 유로(13)를 개방하는 압력 릴리프 커버 유닛(2)을 포함하는, 배터리 하우징(1)에 의해 둘러싸인 셀형(cell-like) 캐비티(5)에 대한 압력 릴리프 기능을 수행하기 위한 압력 릴리프 장치로서,
상기 압력 릴리프 커버 유닛(2)은, 적어도 하나의 센서 요소(60)를 포함하고 특히 압력 릴리프 모니터링 프로세스 및/또는 압력 릴리프 기능에 관여하거나 또는 관여할 수 있는 센서 장치(6)에 직접적으로 또는 간접적으로 연결되며,
상기 센서 장치(6) 전체 또는 적어도 하나의 센서 요소(60)는 상기 압력 릴리프 커버 유닛(2)에 구조적으로 통합되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 압력 릴리프 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 센서 장치(6)는 상기 압력 릴리프 커버 유닛(2)의 작동에 관여하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 압력 릴리프 장치. - 삭제

상기 센서 장치(6)에는 센서 신호들에 대한 프로세싱 유닛(61)이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 압력 릴리프 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 센서 장치(6)는 개방 루프 또는 폐쇄 루프 제어 개입을 위해 상기 압력 릴리프 기능에 관여하거나 또는 관여할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 압력 릴리프 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 센서 장치(6)는 압력 검출, 온도 검출, 위치 검출, 변위 검출, 속도 검출, 가속도 검출, 흐름 검출 및 화학 물질 변화의 검출의 기능들 중 적어도 하나의 기능을 가지고 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 압력 릴리프 장치. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 센서 장치(6)는, 변형 센서, 압전 센서, 열전 센서, 전자기 센서, 용량 측정 센서, 바이메탈(bimetallic) 요소 및 형상 기억 소자의 그룹으로부터의 적어도 하나의 센서 요소(60) 단독 또는 적어도 2개의 센서 요소(60, 60’)의 조합을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 압력 릴리프 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
적어도 하나의 작동기(62)를 포함하고,
상기 작동기(62)는 상기 압력 릴리프 커버 유닛(2)에 할당되고 특히 상기 압력 릴리프 커버 유닛(2)에 통합되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 압력 릴리프 장치. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 작동기(62)는 적어도 하나의 센서 요소(60)로부터의 센서 신호에 기초하여 상기 압력 릴리프 커버 유닛(2)이 직접적으로 또는 간접적으로 개방되고 및/또는 폐쇄되게끔 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 압력 릴리프 장치. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 센서 요소(60) 및 상기 적어도 하나의 작동기(62)는 상기 압력 릴리프 커버 유닛(2)의 공통 구성요소로 통합되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 압력 릴리프 장치. - 청구항 1에 따른 적어도 하나의 압력 릴리프 장치를 포함하는 배터리 하우징.
