도 3내지 도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 리튬 패턴층이 메쉬 패턴으로 형성된 것을 나타낸 모식도이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 리튬 전극을 나타낸 모식도이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 리튬 패턴층을 형성한 리튬 전극 표면을 촬영한 SEM 이미지이다.

Claims (14)
- 유리섬유, 세라믹, 다공성 폴리머, 탄소섬유 및 탄소폼으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 기재층; 및
상기 기재층 상에 형성된 리튬 패턴층을 포함하고,
상기 리튬 패턴층은 리튬 분말를 포함하며, 개구부를 가지는 패턴으로 형성되는 리튬 전극. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 개구부의 면적비는 상기 리튬 패턴층의 전체 면적 대비 1/10 내지 1/2인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전극. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 개구부를 가지는 패턴은 복수개의 다각형이 서로 인접하게 반복 배치된 격자 패턴인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전극. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 개구부를 가지는 패턴은 복수개의 선이 서로 교차하여 규칙적인 다각형 개구부를 형성하는 메쉬 패턴인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전극. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 개구부의 형상은 삼각형, 사각형, 오각형 및 육각형으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전극. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 리튬 분말은 LixPyOz(1≤x≤4, 1≤y≤4, 0≤z≤7) 및 LiF 로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전극. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 리튬 분말은 구리(Cu), 은(Ag), 스테인레스 강(Stainless Steel), 질화티탄(TiN), 탄소(C), 그래핀(Graphene), 탄소나노튜브(Carbon nanotube, CNT) 로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나의 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전극. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기재층 및 상기 리튬 패턴층 사이에,
리튬 합금층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전극. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 리튬 합금층은 Ag, Au, Cu, Ca, Zn, Al, Sn 및 Ni로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 리튬 전극. - 제1항에 있어서,
두께는 1 내지 200 μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전극. - 삭제
- 제1항에 따른 음극;
양극; 및
상기 음극과 상기 양극 사이에 개재된 고체전해질을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 고체 전해질은 황화물계 고체전해질을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지.
