도 2는, 본 개시의 도금 강재의 Zn-Al-Mg 합금층의 일례를 도시하는 SEM의 반사 전자상(배율 500배)이다.
도 3은, 본 개시의 도금 강재의 Zn-Al-Mg 합금층의 일례를 도시하는 SEM의 반사 전자상(배율 10000배)이다.
도 4는, 본 개시의 도금 강재의 Zn-Al-Mg 합금층의 반사 전자상(SEM의 반사 전자상)을 Al 결정을 식별할 수 있도록 화상 처리(2치화)한 화상의 일례를 도시하는 도면이다.
Claims (9)
- 소지 강재와, 상기 소지 강재의 표면에 배치된 Zn-Al-Mg 합금층을 포함하는 도금층을 갖는 도금 강재이며,
상기 도금층이, 질량%로,
Zn: 65.0% 초과,
Al: 5.0% 초과 내지 25.0% 미만,
Mg: 3.5% 내지 12.5% 미만,
Sn: 0 내지 0.20%,
Bi: 0% 내지 5.0% 미만,
In: 0% 내지 2.0% 미만,
Ca: 0% 내지 3.0%,
Y: 0% 내지 0.5%,
La: 0% 내지 0.5% 미만,
Ce: 0% 내지 0.5% 미만,
Si: 0% 내지 2.5% 미만,
Cr: 0% 내지 0.25%,
Ti: 0% 내지 0.25%,
Ni: 0% 내지 0.25%,
Co: 0% 내지 0.25%,
V: 0% 내지 0.25%,
Nb: 0% 내지 0.25%,
Cu: 0% 내지 0.25%,
Mn: 0% 내지 0.25%,
Fe: 0% 내지 5.0%,
Sr: 0% 내지 0.5% 미만,
Sb: 0% 내지 0.5% 미만,
Pb: 0% 내지 0.5% 미만,

상기 Zn-Al-Mg 합금층의 두께가 1/2이 되도록 상기 Zn-Al-Mg 합금층의 표면을 연마한 후, 주사형 전자 현미경에 의해 배율 100배로 관찰했을 때에 얻어지는, 상기 Zn-Al-Mg 합금층의 반사 전자상에 있어서, Al 결정이 존재하고, 2치화 화상 처리 및 형상 특징 측정에 의해 결정되는 상기 Al 결정의 누계 주위 길이의 평균값이 88 내지 195mm/㎟인 도금 강재. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Sn의 함유량이, 질량%로, 0 내지 0.10% 미만인 도금 강재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 Al의 함유량이, 질량%로, 10.0% 내지 25.0% 미만인 도금 강재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 Mg의 함유량이, 질량%로, 5.0% 초과 내지 12.5% 미만인 도금 강재.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 Mg의 함유량이, 질량%로, 5.0% 초과 내지 12.5% 미만인 도금 강재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 도금층이, 상기 소지 강재와 상기 Zn-Al-Mg 합금층 사이에, 두께 0.05 내지 5㎛의 Al-Fe 합금층을 갖는 도금 강재.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 도금층이, 상기 소지 강재와 상기 Zn-Al-Mg 합금층 사이에, 두께 0.05 내지 5㎛의 Al-Fe 합금층을 갖는 도금 강재.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 도금층이, 상기 소지 강재와 상기 Zn-Al-Mg 합금층 사이에, 두께 0.05 내지 5㎛의 Al-Fe 합금층을 갖는 도금 강재.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 도금층이, 상기 소지 강재와 상기 Zn-Al-Mg 합금층 사이에, 두께 0.05 내지 5㎛의 Al-Fe 합금층을 갖는 도금 강재.
