Claims (15)
- 가압 응집을 이용하여 탄성중합체 응집체 조성물을 생산하기 위한 공정으로서,
(a) 수중의 탄성중합체 입자를 포함하는 슬러리를 제공하는 단계로서, 상기 슬러리는 40℃ 내지 80℃의 온도를 갖고, 상기 탄성중합체 입자는 폴리부타디엔 입자, 부타디엔에서 유래하는 단위를 적어도 50 중량%로 포함하는 폴리(스티렌부타디엔) 입자, 폴리(아크릴로니트릴부타디엔) 입자, 폴리부틸아크릴레이트 입자 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, 상기 슬러리에는 화학 응집제가 없고; 상기 탄성중합체 입자는 ISO 9276-2:2014에 따라 측정할 때 최대 150 nm의 평균 입자 크기(D50)를 갖는 단계; 및
(b) 개구부를 통해 상기 슬러리를 밀어 넣어 탄성중합체 응집체 조성물을 수득하는 단계로서, 상기 슬러리는 적어도 700 bar의 압력으로 상기 개구부를 통해 밀려들어가는 것인 단계,
를 포함하며,
이때 상기 탄성중합체 응집체 조성물은 상기 탄성중합체 응집체 조성물의 총 부피를 기준으로 최대 200 ㎚의 크기를 갖는 저균질화 부분 및 입자 중 적어도 하나를 최대 40 부피%로 갖고;
상기 탄성중합체 응집체 조성물은 상기 탄성중합체 응집체 조성물의 총 부피를 기준으로 과균질화 부분을 최대 10 부피%로 갖는 것인,
탄성중합체 응집체 조성물을 생산하기 위한 공정. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (a)에서 제공된 슬러리는 45℃ 내지 80℃의 온도를 갖는 것인, 탄성중합체 응집체 조성물을 생산하기 위한 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성중합체 입자는 폴리부타디엔 입자인 것인, 탄성중합체 응집체 조성물을 생산하기 위한 공정.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리 내의 상기 탄성중합체 입자의 양은 슬러리의 총 중량에 대해 적어도 20.0 중량%인 것인, 탄성중합체 응집체 조성물을 생산하기 위한 공정.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리는 적어도 500 m/초 및 최대 1,000 m/초의 유동 속도로 상기 개구부를 통해 밀려들어가는 것인, 탄성중합체 응집체 조성물을 생산하기 위한 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (b)는 상기 개구부가 구비된 유화용 유동 채널 단면을 갖는 상기 슬러리용 유동 채널을 제공하기 위해 서로 마주보고 배열되어 있는 밸브 및 시트를 포함하는 밸브 조립체를 이용하여 수행되며, 이때 상기 유화용 유동 채널 단면은 상기 밸브 조립체의 단면도에서 상기 밸브의 축방향 중심선에 대해 예각으로 배열되어 있는 것인, 탄성중합체 응집체 조성물을 생산하기 위한 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성중합체 응집체 조성물 내에서 214 ㎚보다 작은 입자 크기를 갖는 입자의 부피 분율은 10% 내지 30%이고, 상기 탄성중합체 응집체 조성물 내에서 868 ㎚보다 큰 입자 크기를 갖는 입자의 부피 분율은 최대 10%이며; 이때 상기 입자 크기 분포는 ISO 13320에 따라 측정되는 것인, 탄성중합체 응집체 조성물을 생산하기 위한 공정.
- 제1항 내지 제3항, 제5항 내지 제6항 및 제8항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 상기 공정에 의해 수득되거나 수득 가능한, 탄성중합체 응집체 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체, 메타크릴레이트 부타디엔 스티렌 공중합체, 아크릴로니트릴 스티렌 부틸아크릴레이트 공중합체 또는 스티렌 부틸아크릴레이트 공중합체의 생산을 위하여 사용되는, 탄성중합체 응집체 조성물.
- 그래프트 공중합체를 형성하기 위한 방법으로서,
제13항에 따른 상기 탄성중합체 응집체 조성물을 가열하는 단계; 및
상기 탄성중합체 응집체 조성물을 스티렌 및 아크릴로니트릴과 반응시켜 그래프트 공중합체를 형성하는 단계
를 포함하는, 그래프트 공중합체를 형성하기 위한 방법.
