Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 콤비형 암막 블라인드용 원단(50)의 조직을 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따라 콤비형 암막 블라인드용 원단(50)에 적용되는 선ITY, 후DTY 가공된 제1 폴리에스테르 FD사(54)와 본 발명의 비교예에 따른 선DTY, 후ITY 가공된 제2 폴리에스테르 FD사(54')의 측면을 촬영한 사진이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 콤비형 암막 블라인드용 원단(50)의 외층(51)의 구조를 설명하기 위한 상기 콤비형 암막 블라인드용 원단(50)의 단면사진이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 콤비형 암막 블라인드용 원단(50)의 중간층(52)의 위사를 구성하는 중간사(55)의 구조를 설명하기 위한 개념도들이다.
도 6은 도 5의 (a)에 따른 중간사(55)를 설명하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 콤비형 암막 블라인드용 원단(50)의 단면사진이다.

Claims (6)
- 차광부와 투광부가 교번 형성되며,
상기 차광부는,
폴리에스테르 LM(Low Melt)사를 경사로 하고 폴리에스테르 FD(full dull)사를 위사로 하는 한 쌍의 외층; 및 폴리에스테르 LM사를 경사로 하고 중간사를 위사로 하는 상기 한 쌍의 외층 사이의 중간층을 포함하는 3중직 구조를 가지며,
상기 폴리에스테르 FD사는,
복수의 화이트 원착사를 합사하여 ITY 가공한 다음 DTY 가공된, 200개 내지 250개의 필라멘트로 구성된 400d ~ 500d의 하이 멀티-필라멘트사(high multi-filament yarn)이며,
상기 중간사의 단면은,
카본블랙 원착사를 포함하는 광흡수층; 및
상기 광흡수층을 감싸는 화이트 컬러의 광반사층을 포함하며,
상기 복수의 화이트 원착사는,
적어도 하나의 편평단면사 및 적어도 하나의 원형단면사를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 콤비형 암막 블라인드용 원단.

상기 광반사층은,
화이트 컬러의 PVC 코팅층인 것을 특징으로 하는, 콤비형 암막 블라인드용 원단.

상기 광반사층은,
코어사인 상기 카본블랙 원착사를, 교차되게 반대방향으로 2중 커버링한, 화이트 컬러의 더블 이펙트사층인 것을 특징으로 하는, 콤비형 암막 블라인드용 원단.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 광반사층은,
상기 더블 이펙트사층의 감싸는 화이트 PVC 코팅층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 콤비형 암막 블라인드용 원단. - 삭제
