본 발명의 조성물에 흡착된 각종 악취 유발 화합물이 공기 중으로 재방출되는 것이 근본적으로 방지되고 본 발명의 조성물에서 각종 유해 세균, 곰팡이 등의 증식이 억제될 수 있다. 공기 중 암모니아계 화합물은 본 발명의 조성물에 흡착되어 조성물로 지속적으로 유입되는 공기 중 산소와 금속 이온에 의하여 산화되면서 동시에 히드록실기에 의하여 미세한 수분으로 환원되어 완전히 분해될 수 있다. 본 발명의 조성물은 공기 중 각종 악취 유발 화합물을 효과적으로 흡착 및 분해할 수 있다.Re-emission into the air of various odor-causing compounds adsorbed on the composition of the present invention is fundamentally prevented, and the growth of various harmful bacteria, mold, etc. can be suppressed in the composition of the present invention. 본 발명에서 사용하는 소성 용융 결정체는 소성 용융 결정체 전체 중량에서 산화규소 80∼90중량%, 산화알루미늄 3∼7중량%, 산화철 2∼4중량%, 산화칼슘 1∼3 중량%, 산화나트륨 1∼3중량%, 산화칼륨 1∼3중량%, 산화마그네슘 2∼4 중량%를 2시간 동안 교반해서 혼합한 후, 400~600℃의 소성용해로에 투입하여 24시간 동안 용융시켜 제조한 결정체이며, 살균 및 항균 기능 및 곰팡이 생성 방지 기능을 보유하는 것이다.The fired melt crystal used in the present invention contains 80 to 90% by weight of silicon oxide, 3 to 7% by weight of aluminum oxide, 2 to 4% by weight of iron oxide, 1 to 3% by weight of calcium oxide, and 1 to 1% by weight of sodium oxide, based on the total weight of the fired melt crystal. 산화규소 90g, 산화알루미늄 3g, 산화철 2g, 산화칼슘 1g, 산화나트륨 1g, 산화칼륨 1g, 산화마그네슘 2g을 회전속도가 33rpm인 스터러에 의해 1시간 동안 교반하여 혼합한 후, 유리용해로에 투입하여 1200℃에서 30시간 동안 용융시켜 원적외선 방출물질을 제조한 후 상기 물질을 실온으로 냉각하고 성형기로 1∼20㎜로 분쇄하여 살균 및 탈취용 조성물 제품을 제조하였다. 이와 같이 제조한 항균 및 살균 활성을 갖는 소성 용융 결정체는 전체 조성물의 10중량%에 해당하는 결정수를 포함하고 있었으며 파장이 0.26㎛ 내지 1,000㎛의 원적외선을 방출하였다.90 g of silicon oxide, 3 g of aluminum oxide, 2 g of iron oxide, 1 g of calcium oxide, 1 g of sodium oxide, 1 g of potassium oxide, and 2 g of magnesium oxide were stirred and mixed for 1 hour using a stirrer with a rotation speed of 33 rpm, and then placed into a glass melting furnace. Claims (2)
상기 산화물을 2시간 동안 교반해서 혼합한 후, 600℃의 소성용해로에 투입하여 24시간 동안 용융시켜 항균 및 살균 활성을 갖는 소성 용융 결정체 산화물을 제조하는 단계;
고양이 모래 방부제 성형물 전체 중량에서 산화마그네슘(MgO) 40 중량%; 산화티타늄(TiO2) 20∼25 중량%; 산화알루미늄(Al2O3) 15∼20 중량%; 산화규소(SiO2) 15∼20 중량%; 및 상기 소성 용융 결정체 산화물 1∼10 중량%를 혼합한 혼합물을 고양이 모래 크기로 분쇄하여 고양이 모래 첨가제를 제조하는 단계; 고양이 모래에 고양이 모래 첨가제를 첨가 혼합하여 고양이 화장실 모래로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고양이 화장실 모래에 혼합하여 사용하는 악취 분해 제거, 항균 및 살균 활성을 갖는 고양이 모래 첨가제의 제조방법.
