Claims (5)
- 수생태계에 고정 설치되는 도킹 스테이션부;
상기 수생태계에 계류되어 수생태계 정보를 관측하여 관측 정보를 획득하는 부이형 관측 장치;
수상에서 주행하며 수생태계 정보를 관측하여 관측 정보를 획득하는 수상 관측 장치; 및
공중에서 주행하며 수생태계 정보를 관측하여 관측 정보를 획득하는 공중 관측 장치;를 포함하고,
상기 도킹 스테이션부는 상기 부이형 관측 장치, 수상 관측 장치 및 공중 관측 장치 중 적어도 어느 하나와 무선 통신이 가능하고,
상기 도킹 스테이션부는 상기 수상 관측 장치 및 상기 공중 관측 장치 중 적어도 어느 하나를 무선 충전하는 것이 가능하고,
상기 도킹 스테이션부는, 상기 수상 관측 장치 및 상기 공중 관측 장치의 상시 작동 상태에서 상기 부이형 관측 장치로부터 전달받은 실시간 기상 정보 및 수생태계 환경 정보에 기초해 상기 수상 관측 장치 및 상기 공중 관측 장치 중 적어도 하나의 운전 가능 여부를 판단하고,
상기 적어도 하나의 운전이 어렵다고 판단되면, 상기 적어도 하나를 대기 장소로 위치 이동하여 운행하지 않고 작동 대기 상태를 유지하고,
상기 도킹 스테이션부는 유속 측정값이 상기 도킹 스테이션부의 제어부에 설정된 기준 유속값보다 높을 경우, 상기 수상 관측 장치의 운전이 어렵다고 판단하고, 풍속 측정값이 상기 도킹 스테이션부의 제어부에 설정된 기준 풍속값보다 높을 경우, 상기 공중 관측 장치의 운전이 어렵다고 판단하는, 에너지 독립형 실시간 수생태계 관측 및 모니터링 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 도킹 스테이션부는 태양광 발전기 및풍력 발전기 중 적어도 하나에 의해 자가 발전하는, 에너지 독립형 실시간 수생태계 관측 및 모니터링 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 도킹 스테이션부는, 승하강 가능하게 구비되는 충전 스테이지부를 포함하고,
상기 수상 관측 장치 및 상기 공중 관측 장치 중 적어도 하나는 상기 충전 스테이지부에 안착되어 무선 충전되는, 에너지 독립형 실시간 수생태계 관측 및 모니터링 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 부이형 관측 장치는,
태양광 발전기;
상기 태양광 발전기에 의해 발전된 전기를 저장하는 배터리; 및
상기 수생태계 환경 정보를 획득하는 측정 센서;를 포함하는, 에너지 독립형 실시간 수생태계 관측 및 모니터링 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수상 관측 장치는,
태양광 발전기;
상기 태양광 발전기에 의해 발전된 전기를 저장하는 배터리; 및
수중 지형 정보를 획득하는 음파 센서;
주변 장애물 정보를 획득하는 라이다 센서; 및
주변 영상 정보를 획득하는 카메라;를 포함하는, 에너지 독립형 실시간 수생태계 관측 및 모니터링 시스템.
