Claims (16)
- 제1방향을 따라 연장된 스캔선;
상기 제1방향과 교차하는 제2방향으로 연장된 데이터선;
상기 제2방향으로 연장된 구동전압선;
상기 스캔선 및 상기 데이터선에 전기적으로 연결된 스위칭 박막트랜지스터;
상기 스위칭 박막트랜지스터와 전기적으로 연결되며, 구동 반도체층 및 구동 게이트전극을 포함하는 구동 박막트랜지스터;
상기 구동 박막트랜지스터와 전기적으로 연결되며, 제1 및 제2 스토리지 축전판을 포함하는 스토리지 커패시터;
상기 스캔선에 전기적으로 연결된 보상 게이트전극 및 상기 보상 게이트전극에 중첩된 보상 반도체층을 포함하는 보상 박막트랜지스터;
상기 구동 게이트전극 및 상기 보상 반도체층을 전기적으로 연결하며, 상기 데이터선 및 상기 구동전압선 사이에 배치된 노드연결선; 및
상기 데이터선 및 상기 노드연결선 사이에 개재된 차폐부;
를 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 노드연결선의 일측은 상기 보상 반도체층에 전기적으로 연결된, 디스플레이 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 구동전압선은 상기 보상 박막트랜지스터를 적어도 일부 커버하는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 차폐부는 상기 제2방향을 따라 연장된, 디스플레이 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
초기화 전압을 제공하는 초기화전압선을 더 포함하며,
상기 차폐부는 상기 초기화전압선과 전기적으로 연결된, 디스플레이 장치. - 제1방향을 따라 연장된 스캔선;
상기 제1방향과 교차하는 제2방향으로 연장된 데이터선 및 구동전압선;
상기 스캔선 및 상기 데이터선에 전기적으로 연결된 스위칭 박막트랜지스터;
상기 스위칭 박막트랜지스터와 전기적으로 연결되며, 구동 반도체층 및 구동 게이트전극을 포함하는 구동 박막트랜지스터;
상기 구동 박막트랜지스터와 전기적으로 연결되며, 제1 및 제2 스토리지 축전판을 포함하는 스토리지 커패시터;
상기 구동 게이트전극에 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 데이터선 및 상기 구동전압선 사이에 배치된 노드연결선; 및
상기 데이터선 및 상기 노드연결선 사이에 개재된 차폐부;를 포함하며,,
상기 차폐부는,
상기 구동 반도체층과 동일한 물질을 포함하는 차폐 반도체층, 및 금속성 소재를 포함하는 차폐 금속층 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 차폐부와 교차하도록 상기 제1방향을 따라 연장된 추가 스캔선을 더 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 차폐부는 차폐 반도체층을 포함하고,
상기 차폐 반도체층은, 추가 스캔선을 사이에 두고 상기 제2방향을 따라 상호 이격된 제1차폐영역 및 제2차폐영역을 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 제1차폐영역 및 상기 제2차폐영역은 도전층에 의해 전기적으로 연결된, 디스플레이 장치. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 도전층은 상기 차폐 금속층인, 디스플레이 장치. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 차폐 반도체층은 폴리 실리콘을 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 차폐 금속층은,
상기 데이터선, 상기 노드연결선, 및 상기 제2스토리지 축전판 중 적어도 어느 하나와 동일한 물질을 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 구동 게이트전극 및 상기 제1스토리지 축전판은 동일한 물질을 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제1항 또는 제7항에 있어서,
상기 구동 박막트랜지스터와 전기적으로 연결된 유기발광소자를 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 차폐부는 금속 또는 폴리 실리콘을 포함하는, 디스플레이 장치.
