본 발명에 따른 새싹삼을 이용한 건강식품의 제조방법은, 건강식품의 제조방법에 있어서, 새싹삼을 건조하는 단계(S1); 상기 건조한 새싹삼을 분쇄하여 새싹삼 분말을 제조하는 단계(S2); 상기 새싹삼 분말을 멸균 처리하는 단계(S3); 및 상기 멸균 처리한 새싹삼 분말을 타정 또는 캡슐 형태로 제조하는 단계(S4);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

- 건강식품의 제조방법에 있어서,
새싹삼을 건조하는 단계(S1);
상기 건조한 새싹삼을 분쇄하여 새싹삼 분말을 제조하는 단계(S2);
상기 새싹삼 분말을 멸균 처리하는 단계(S3); 및
상기 멸균 처리한 새싹삼 분말을 타정 또는 캡슐 형태로 제조하는 단계(S4);를 포함하며,
상기 S1 단계는 60~70℃의 저온에서 4~6시간 동안 건조하여 수분 함량이 5중량% 이하가 되도록 하는 것이며,
상기 S1 단계 이전에, 새싹삼을 시래기 농축액 또는 오미자 농축액에 침지하여 0.5~1.5℃의 온도에서 1~2일 동안 침지한 후 세척하고 물기를 제거하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 S4 단계에서,
상기 멸균 처리한 새싹삼 분말에,

상기 새싹삼을 나노 카본 파장 건조 방식으로 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 새싹삼을 이용한 건강식품의 제조방법.

상기 S3 단계에서,
상기 새싹삼 분말을 스팀 멸균 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 새싹삼을 이용한 건강식품의 제조방법.

청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항의 새싹삼을 이용한 건강식품의 제조방법에 의하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 새싹삼을 이용한 건강식품.
